Clean facility, good amenities. Mr Fabian in the hotel restaurant is a very social person, a good PR resource for the hotel.

We both got food poisoning from the food we ate in the restaurant. Either from fish or the fresh pomegranate juice we drank. Had very bad stomach upset. Spent the whole night vomiting unable to eat anything next morning. Had to skip the breakfast and leave. Also the girls at the front desk were insisting that we pay the amount of the hotel stay before checking in from 48 hours before. We have never heard of any hotels doing that. In fact the Booking. Com has clearly mentioned their policies. The staff however continued to insist us by phone, text and email almost to the point of harassment. Moreover the contact number they called us was under a certain ‘umbrella Mart’ that made us more suspicious.

Greshama the front desk receptionist I was extremely helpful and welcoming She went out of her way to accommodate us.Th dine in staff friendly and attend your needs .

Large hotel, attractive building in photos, Location to temples was by car but less than 7 km.

Booking information was not correct, rooms were ultra dirty - heavy wet ketchup and ash stains on table, bed was wrinkled indicating that the previous customer used sheets were smoothened but not replaced, difficult to open bathroom doors, heavy pounding and repairs during afternoon, swamp view, dusty windows, restaurant delays and not friendly and welcome staff. Front desk worked on accommodating some requests and housekeeping 2nd shift worked on cleaning up room.

Property is good

Staff is not good especially the manager. We booked 2 rooms for 5 peope requesting extra beds and the manager is showing it is booked for two person for two rooms. I clearly mentioned and had a call with staff that my family is coming and they quarreled for that. I mean its customers choice if that is the case.

The bathrooms weren’t as clean as the room and all the rooms weren’t given during check in time One out of 4 were given at 12 Even though the website says 12pm check in the staffs calls a day prior to inform that check in is at 2pm

Complimentary Breakfast provided was good.

We have checked in at Room No:318 1st of all. After some time the Ac tripped between 2-3PM & the AC did not work. Then we changed the room to 214 where the room was very unclean & dirty.

The staff were courteous but did were not proactive nor took any initiative to ensure we were comfortable. But they were nice when spoken to

Poor wifi service, went to the buffet for breakfast did not receive any water, the service cups were very dirty, almost no food and had to ask every single time.It was below my expectation compared to the other places I stayed.

Hotel and breakfast are super good and kid friendly.

The staff charge almost a days rent with 10%discount for early check-in which I feel is too much for a 4 hour early check-in considering the accessibility of the place. Also the hotel is far from the city making it a longer commute to the temples

Room and room decoration is good. Staff trying their best but should be managed better.

Many things were not working initially. Main thing was no hot water, than water kettle not working, safe locked, toilet paper roll empty and no extra roll in the room, no drinking water in the room. Bathroom had dirt. After complaining we where put in a different room where they took care all these things where in order. But management should take care to have this in order in every room.

Not clean. Breakfast is just about ok.

Rooms are and clean and big enough for the couple. however Towels are supplied or room is not ready before the arrival

Food is not good, can’t expect Lunch and Dinner .Breakfast is good

The hotel stay was very comfortable, absolutely no issues everything was catered for. Comfortable stay, clean room, hygienic washroom, good food, great property with pool facility. Check in and check out was hassle free, staff was very helpful and hospitable.
