The employees are great! The hotel is in a very good location.

Having the restaurants in the property.

The refrigerator didn’t work well. The low water pressure for the shower.

Breakfast is ok. They were able to provide connecting rooms for my family.

The swimming pool is next to resto. Everyone can see you while swimming. A bit awkward.

It was close to the airport. There were restaurants within the hotel. The staff were really nice and kind.

They need to work on their cleanliness and housekeeping's hygiene.

Breakfast was very disappointing — the food did not look fresh, and the fruit display was actually plastic, which felt misleading. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Staff were not very friendly or accommodating, which added to the overall negative experience. Definitely not worth recommending

The room was ok. Comfortable enough.

They never informed us in advance or upon booking that the pool was out of order. We were excited to spend time in the pool that day but were disappointed.

Check-in was smooth and fast, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, such a nice touch! The location is also a big plus: it's very close to the airport, with convenience stores and a few nice cafés nearby, which made things super convenient. I also liked that the hotel has an ATM and a vending machine on-site so it was really helpful when you need something quickly.The room was comfortable, especially the pillows they were just right. The bathroom was clean with a standard hot and cold shower setup, which worked well. Air conditioning was great too; it kept the room cool during the day. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good even though there weren’t too many options, the food tasted fresh and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I stayed on the second floor, and I really hope the hotel considers relocating the restaurant that’s directly below the guest rooms. The noise from the restaurant travels up and makes it difficult to get a restful sleep. Since the hotel has three other restaurants, it would be great if they move that one elsewhere to provide a quieter environment for guests.Also, during my second night, they did a pest control treatment around midnight. While I appreciate the effort to maintain cleanliness, the timing could have been better. The vacuum or machine they used was quite loud and disrupted sleep. Lastly, the pool area could use a bit of improvement to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

During our last day, ready to go to the airport, omelette wasn’t available, fruits were not available.

Upon arrival the room didnt smell fresh.. i had to request for air freshener.. once had in the room it smell good

Little cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink, and the very strong residual smell of maybe past smokingin the room. Coudn’t sleep first 2 nights and i had to cover my face with blanket the whole night.If it would help future guests, it would help to run water in the sink first and turn on aircon a few minutes before they’re brought inside the room.

The staff were very hospitable and responsive to our requests at any given hour.

The air conditioning unit in our room would regularly switch on and off by itself for no reason. The hallways and lifts were also not air conditioned, which meant reaching your room would be a short but warm trip.

Location was good for my purpose in staying at the hotel. Check in process was quick. Room attendant was fast to deliver stuff that i requested. Overall staff were friendly & polite. Room was clean & comfortable.

Cash refundable deposit instead of a credit card, what if you dont have cash at hand during time of checking in. guests too loud outside the corridors. Towels are hard & old/worn out. Decent selection of buffet breakfast .Buffet breakfast not replenished immediately, servers are nowhere to be waited on, yes they are around not to serve but they just seem just cleaning up. More training for waitstaff at the restaurant.

the hotel is already old and need some carpet shampooing. Amoy luma na ung carpet at need palitan o lagyan ng shampoo.

The location is good, near tthe airport and malls and the staff are nice.

The room im expecting is having a window and a view and spacious. Everything is available. Its pricey for that small no window room.

Air conditioner malfunction during night time. Called up customer service but it’s already late at night. Finally they offered to transfer me to another room, I refused since it’s almost midnight, I’m so tired to pack my stuff and move to another room. They didn’t offer anything, in fact they called around 10 am that I’ll be scheduled for check out by 12:00, No offer for late check out as I have requested upon arrival. Didn’t compensate my sleepless night.
