It is centrally located to all main points of the city. KFC and McDonald's almost next door.

Well, it's hard to find such a thing. Okay, I have it. There is a lift in the hotel

Poor hotel, dirty facade, sewage in the front, ants in the room, no slippers, smells so so

The towels shall definitely be more clean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the things I loved the most was the nice fragrance (wangi) throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere very refreshing.The staff were also very helpful. Firstly, our room had an issue where water was stagnant in the toilet. However, the staff quickly assisted us in changing to another room without any hassle. Their efficiency and friendliness made our stay much more comfortable.

Its a nice hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are just wow , great interior and spacious. The food also was very nice especially the breakfast was well spread.

The odor of the lift, hallway and the room, very foul stinky. For Hotel itself, the hallway was dark, greasy rugs, doors, walls are covered with stains. Mattress and mattress cover got lots of mould, bed sheets were old and dirty with stains. Towels were old, with holes, terrible quality, like used by 1000 ppl, and they cant change the dirty towels by saying they are out of stock.

Breakfast too simple and location is ok..

No entertainment at night .The karaoke system at the rooftop is not good.

Impossible to sleep because of noise. There is a karaoke bar at the top roof and all the sounds directly inside of your ears. I was in 5th floor and roof side at 7th floor. And there are bird nests next to your window and imagine what kind of night is waiting for you.

The location quite okay. Ada pasar malam, kedai makan yg murah dan ada mcd juga. Room were okay... just a normal plain room

Its not value for money. Too expensive and does not reflect the hotel itself. They provide bfast but very limited and u cant choose.

The hotel is fairly new but the service and maintenance is BAD . The quality of the interior is really BAD.

Overall absolutely poor hotel. There are much better hotels alongside the sea, a little more pricey but WORTH the extra swoo. abueu5 o} pey i 'aei oo} sjazou asau paia^o5s!p i 'so5 TWICE in this hotel because of the complete dampness and mould of the rooms. Several of the rooms are infested by birds in the air conditioning room, so feathers can be found on the bedroom floor. Ants alongside the bathroom also. Hotel refused to give me a refund for the night I had to change rooms twice, says a lot about this place. Please dont waste your time This hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from the main part of the city. Seems like a short time but when youre walking alongside a disgustingly polluted river with an awful smell, and a huge row of traffic every morning and afternoon, its very unpleasant. Semporna is an absolutely beautiful place nonetheless. Take a boat out to the stunning crystal clear beaches, totally worth it especially if you love diving. The coral reefs are so preserved and the water just stunning. The city itself is a huge disappointment, dont expect much at all. Very, very polluted and under developed. 4 days is enough in semporna, dont stay longer

Disappointing

The cleaner left my room door open all day. The room was dirty. Towels and bedding were dirty. No electric for one whole day. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Pictures are heavily deceiving.

Room had a bad smell. Drainage next to building is clogged up with rubbish and as a result the area has a bad smell

Comfortable room. Most basic amenities available. 10-15 minute walk to the jetty to organise boat trips. Nice rooftop cafe with good views. Staff were pleasant.

There are a lot of noisy birds nesting near windows. The windows are not soundproofed. The birds only make noise at night when you try to sleep (the sound is so loud it is almost like they are in the room with you). We tried to change rooms, but the only other one offered had the exact same issue. Breakfast is quite basic and not very healthy. Not enough towels provided.

Easy to excess, easy to park,

Sound system from rooftop cafe realy disturbing. The cafe karaoke till 12pm ? noise from the bird nest near window also disturbing. Hope the hotel clean up the nest and stop the noise from rooftop cafe start 9pm.
