Located nearby town, many eateries within walking distance. Walkable within 10min to jetty. Plenty of parking space around.

The room not soundproof, can clearly heard people walking around and talking voices.

It was a very fine hotel - basic, but clean, with hot shower and all necessities. I do not share the poor opinions - we were satisfied with our stay. In particular, the surroundings were not dodgy at all - certainly not more than the centre of Semporna (which is a super ugly and unappealing city in general). The hotel area is a bit on the side from the centre, but is fairly calm, has small, local restaurants, several laundry services and small shops - very normal area.

Its near to the town centre

Not so clean. I stay for two nights but they dont make up the room at all. No backup power when there is a power cut

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy

Room too small

The strategy location for tourist

Not friendly user with booking.com payment

Passable

Its has a very strict policy such as even a single stain on sheet bed, towel etc, the housekeeping will charged for certain amount on any stain/broken items. I have encounter this situations with a really unpleasant response.

The location was great, easy access to the town nearby. Helpful staff and the price per night as affordable. The accommodations are many and we love it so much and really enjoyed our stay here.

The floor is dusty.

-Comfortable bed and pillows-Spacious bathroom and toilet-Very clean room-Friendly staff-Quiet area, comfortable for resting

-Room a little bit small, no suitable place to put big luggage-Need to take one level stair to go to the room-Room price little bit high-TV box not fuctioning

The location. Its very near to the town. The towel and the pillow, super thick.! Love it very much.

The room was quite small and the lighting wasnt good enough.
