- Staff friendly, room was very good value for price. Comfortable with AC and small ensuite shower room. Good for a stopover before going on to one of the islands, or doing diving on a budget from Semporna itself.
- The staff were super friendly, they gave free mineral water whenever we asked for it (with a smile too). The area is slightly further from the jetty compared to other stays, but its okay its only about 10 mins walk and can take it as an exercise. They have many diving/ snorkeling packages too (but I didn't know and I feel so sad for not going with them), can book their activities and their room together so they will arrange everything for you including transport to jetty. There are many restaurants nearby (the hot soto right next to it is great), and a laundry shop nearby too.

- Noisy at night from the multiple packs of dogs roaming the streets. Neighbouring rooms can be noisy if guests talking on balcony late at night.
- There are stray dogs around the area, so if you are the type that gets waked up by little noises may feel a little bad for not having a good sleep. The water of the basin is quite small due to the lack of water in Semporna, but the shower is great. The toilet's flush is also a little slow and I keep worrying that the toilet is stuck.

The room is clean and just nice for 2 pax. Got space to perform Solat and good bathroom facilities.
The TV channel is all in Chinese. Supposedly in Malaysia you should have multiple channels for everyone's convenient.
