All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've addressed the issue regarding my room, they responded very well and tried their best to solve my problem by giving me a better room. They are very professional and polite to me. I would give 5/5 for their good work ethics.

This hotel should be maintained properly. From my point of view, this hotel has management issues. These are the things that i would like the management to solve the issues:1. The toilet is in very bad shape, have seen better days. The shower drain is clogged, the wall tiles is painted and it's mouldy and not cleaned properly. The toilet floor is mouldy as well. The wooden toilet door is very difficult to close or open because it has expanded due to water exposure and waiting time to break.2. The room painting is in bad shape, mouldy as well. When you enter the room, you can smell the mouldy smell of the room. After 1 hour in the room, I started to have sore throat. When i look closely, i can see the walls and the ceiling is mouldy. It's very dangerous for our health.3. The room overall is not cleaned properly, the furniture is dusty, under the beds are dusty. I even cleaned the aircond filter by myself! It's full of dust. The bedsheets have some stains on it, I'm not sure whether they changed it or not before we checked in.I'm ok with old furniture, old set up, as long as everything is maintained properly, clean, tidy, I don't mind at all. This hotel is "Hotel Seri Malaysia"! I wasn't expecting to get this kind of service. To the management, i hope you read this and take good action towards giving your best to your customer. I'm ashamed that this kind of hotel is giving this kind of service to local and foreign tourists.If the hotel is in good shape, like a 5 star hotel, i don't mind paying extra. Good service, definitely i will come again. Bad service, how do you expect i would come again? Definitely will be my first and last. I've seen cheaper hotel, but they are giving better rooms and service.Here are my recommendations, start by renovating your old toilets and your old room flooring. Change to a better furniture and give a proper quality painting for the rooms.

The hotel is in very bad shape. The bathroom was dirty and the building is in need of maintenance.

The bathroom is dirty and unmaintained, with black moss on the walls and floor. The water from the shower is very slow and not suitable for bathing or cleaning the body. The corridors and stairs are not well maintained. Dirt such as sand, cat and bird droppings and sawang are not cleaned. No tissues are provided for the room and toilet. The telephone is provided but without connection and may not work.

Decent stay at the hotel especially during holiday season. Basic amenities are provided and the room is spacious for family stay.The pools (kid & adult) was ok. Just observe the operating hours and weather to enjoy it.Breakfast was nice especially when served Raya themed dishes. Provided convenience to start the day without having to lookout for other eateries nearby.

I payed for breakfast but there is no any food right choose. I know it's Ramadan month y never inform early before I payed for breakfast. Just served me 2little sausage. Small amount scramble eggs n bread.. If I eat outside maybe I can have better breakfast. So disappointed?

Near the beach location.

Room are old and moldy. Almost like haunted movie. Everything is old worn out and some door got plywood patches and severely damage. Toilet look disgusting and when you seat on the toilet it creak. At 12.45 am i can hear excessive noise on top floor of people busily moving furniture. Dead insects on the pool floor. Terrible experience.

Suitable for family stay. Quite large family room. Reasonable price even during school holidays. Near to the town.

Under the bed weren't clean. The breakfast menu can be improved. The toilet/ bathroom was small for family room.
