Room was quite ok. Bed is comfy and Aircon was quite efficient.

It was a bit noisy and light coming from the window was a looking to the river

clean clean clean room ! definitely will book again for our next trip to mersing soon. my son loves the room smell so fresh everything bersih ! good job housekeeping & hotel management. towel also new & smell so fresh.

The Toilet bowl drain was over flow out when flushing, so dirty. No shampoo and shower gel and standard brush tools. Overall the toilet condition is not good.

the bathroom quiet a big. downstairs you can find mamak restaurants, eco shop, 7-eleven. nearby you can find speemart, zus, marrybrown, watsons , kfc. just walking distance

my room is at the upper floor and no lift. the stairs are quiet steep.

Limited space in front tv cabinet and bed.

the location good, the place good. it is the best from all the places i ever stay in Mersing.

please upgrade all the tv inside the room on every level, into smart tv. Mersing is tourism area. most people bring children. They need to watch something maybe like netflix or youtube. We already in 2024. not 90s.

I like the room, it just a simple room but convenient to stay. Staff was so nice and room was clean. The price was quite cheap. Gonna repeat if can

The pathway to the bathroom is quite narrow for a room with one queen bed and one single bed due to the limited space. The air conditioning is strong, but the person sleeping under the air conditioner may not feel the cool air as effectively. I suggest rearranging the beds so that both can enjoy the air conditioning evenly.Don't forget to check all the switches to ensure they are functioning properly. During my stay, there were two switches, but only one was operational.

Location, city centre

No window, midnight to noisy and the soundproofing is poor

Some construction noise in the building around the time we tried to sleep. We had earplugs though, so it wasn’t bad.

Close to the harbour, just 5 min walk.Value for money, cheap and clean, good place to sleep the night before taking the first boat in the morning.

Nothing to eat around the area apart from local food.

Very cozy place to stay. Easy to reach shops or restaurant.. Laundry is very near(opposite). The staff are very helpful and friendly.

you get what you pay for. this is a simple room, no windows, no thrills. it's on walking distance from the jetty though

Room a little cramp for 2 double beds.. but all is good

Nice hotel close to ferry terminal to Tioman. Early check out to catch ferry Tioman at 7am.

Improve bathroom facility and cleanliness

Location is near to jetty

1. Stairs no lift. Not suitable for elderly or thos who have mobility issues.2. My room is just beside the reception, can hear people talking and room not sound proof.

Simple and plactical. Clean

Some obvious maintenance is needed (the sink is almost falling guys ! ;-)
