1) The hotel management wrongly put unfriendly customer person at the front desk. Never give smile to customer also never listening to customer complaint.2) The 1st floor have bad smell at the waiting areas. This give no good fealing to the customer during dining at that area.3) The toilet bowl also have the hole in the bottom and the Water Heater also cannot be use as expected. 4) During checkout time never hear the polite words from the front desk worker.
