The sound proof can be better. And the bed have bed bugs. My leg and backside all bite by bed bugs

Good location, room is comfy, has reception.

Helpful staff. The room very clean and they goven us late checkout till 12pm.

The location is very convenient. Just opposite hawker centre and next to a cinema.

View is not nice. I have to keep my curtains drawn all the time. Not sure what room you need to get to have a better view.

We didnt having breakfast in hotel. The location at old town which very close to tradisional famous food.

The room is pretty warm when entering from outside. The wall is pretty hot when you touch in it. I'm not sure is it whether our room facing the main road or the weather in this season is really very hot. But overall is ok after the aircond bring down the room temperature. I think parking will be the issue for peak season for own transport, as we have to park at the roadside in front of the shoplot and flat.

Location superb. Walking distance to many food stall.

Water dripping out from aircon unit, causing the bed is wet. But they rectify it immediately.

The room is spacious & has many facility such as small fridge. The toilet is clean and having nice shower.

Value for money hotel in Kampar. Good internet access and room very clean n tidy. For Malay, need to drive for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful.

Hotel do not provide parking. Need to find nearby hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute and suitable to check in midnight. Good to stopover for a rest! It has two branches, the google map led us to another branch. This one is located in the old town

Location is good

The sound isolation is really bad. Corridor to the room is stuffy. Cleanliness can be improved. Room has cigarette smell. Staffs are polite but not proactive to resolve issues.

Is quite noisy as our next door was keep making sound as the sound proof system is not good

Room is clean, panasonic split AC is cold as usual working fine throughout.

We were both non smokers. Room was dine with no smell of cigarettes, toilet exhaust fan was off. When we returned from breakfast there is a heavy stench of fresh cigarette smell in our room upon opening our door. Esp in the toilet. When ask staff at counter, he quickly i ro defensive mode and denied EVERYTHING. when i ask to view cctv recordings,he said cctv system was down for sometime already.When i am checking-out, he suddenly said maybe someone.went in our room to check AC, and also, his management will review cctv recordings.This incident terrified us. Imagine if guest is a single female. Management shd investgate and ensure such incident must not repeat.
