Located very strategic position, nearby got lots of restaurants, cafe and milk tea shops.The design was unique and amazed.

The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is huge. Staff there were all helpful and friendly.
The town of kampar, divided into new town and old town. M boutique's location within new town made travelling for food and to the nearby University very easy. It was peaceful and comfortable. Cold air-conditioning and comfy beds. What more could one ask for. The staff even helped to extend our stay with a late check out on the same day we were leaving.
The surrounding area was easily accessible but the open space parking was not as easy. As the were lots of cars and insufficient street lamps made the area look a little dim. The weekend pricing was a little heavy as well.
I like the location, easy to locate restaurant and supermarket.
The pub near the hotel was so noisy during night time (Saturday night). No clothes hanger .
The bed was super duper comfy! Had a very good night sleep. Surrounded by eateries, amenities, with ample parking.
The common area was exceptionally warm and stuffy, and they only gave us one room key. Other than that, it was still very pleasant.

there is few pub around the hotel, the noise only low down after 3am. then there is a lot of construction sound start 7am
Nice and cozy hotel nearby restaurants, amenities and attraction places.
Each floor lobby with fancy chair area is too stuffy even though the fan is on. Perhaps windows should open for more fresh air coming in.

Check in/out should have been better, there were no greetings & frankly the receptionists were stony-faced and unwelcoming.
The rooms are really clean, spacious, and the bathroom is huge (for a boutique hotel) plus nicely designed. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Definitely my new fav place to stay in Kampar
