- The room was clean, basic and furnishings looked tired. Breakfast spread was fine given that it is a budget hotel. There was a bit of everything for everyone.

- Breakfast. all good except for the porridge. not full condiment. seems more of "budget" level.Room. booked room for 3 person but on checking in the 3rd person bed was not prepared. Had to call housekeeping. Once only. Came 1st time, i got a blanket and a pillow. 2nd time i got bedsheet and 3rd time i got the quilt. All ok after that. (just a feedback. Your housekeeping personnel was very helpful.)
- The thermostat for the air conditioning in the room needs to be checked as it cannot be adjusted. However you adjust, it remains very cold and seemed to operate at full power. It gets really cold in the middle of the night and thus disrupting sleep.
- Room 110’s toilet facilities could do with a lot of refreshing, they appear to be from when the hotel was built. The sink was missing its original stopper though a rubber one was provided. The glass shower stall had soap scum that had not been cleaned off regularly. There was a political event happening on their premises on Monday but they began cordoning off the main carpark from Saturday, reducing the lots available to paying guests. Staff did respond to open up a lot for me after I asked.

Its a great stay with my family. The room was good, clean but the mattress was a bit slouched. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good too & the kitchen staff always top up the food. We also ordered the room service and the food was good, the price was affordable (RM18-RM35 for heavy meal). The location was good and very convenient (many restaurants/stalls, nearby also have econsave, family mart & watson). Besides, can go to Ipoh for other attractions in 30-40 mins drive. Plus point, the surrounding here was calm, full of green trees, feels very refreshing.

very loud air-condition compressor sound close to the window. level5 room end of corridor. sleep was affected even we adjust the ac to the lowest level still very loud maintenance and staff tried to fix it but in vain.
