Nice lobby, street side parking, sufficient hangers for clothes,

The street noise from vehicles passing by was quite audible, room was quite small, quite a bit further in from the highway than i expected.

Budget Hotel but service equivalent to 5 Star. Clean room , clean towels and bed linings. Ample of parkings in the middle of Tapah town. Strong water pressure and good lighting in the room and walk way. The staff super helpful and friendly. With that kind of room rate during festive season and a comfortable stay it’s a super good catch. Definitely will consider staying there next year during Raya ?.

Clean room and bathroom. Bedamd sheets clean and comfortable. Would stay again definately.

Could provide a hairdryer in the room.

Staff was friendly

The room was noisy due to the Vechiles moving on front of the Hotel. The noise kept me awake. The Hotel should use sound proof window pane.

Located at Tapah town. Room was clean. Got lift.

Not much stores nearby accessible by walking.The room arrangements need to improve as we can't feel the coolness from the aircond much.

The location is strategic. have a lot of parking space, but need to pay for parking on PerakPark application. The pillows are comfy. Love it

Stains on the bed sheet, and dirty toilet. I wish they tackle this issue. Only 2 pillows for the queen bed. They're comfy, but I wish they put more pillows

Cosy room.. tidy.. comfortable.. Location in town.. walking distance to jogging track so we were able to do some exercise in the early morning

Flexible check in & check out

The facilities is run down. The wall paper was ripped out, the curtain was drapping down & the toilet roll was merely half roll & some corners were moulded.

Clean, nice for couple. Not soundproof we keep hearing “non” suitable audio for children.

Wifi didnt working well

The Hotel is in the middle of the town.

Room 306 1. Water Tab is leaking2. Wifi very slow3. No Smart TV4. Toilet door rusted5. Expensive

The receptionist is unable to understand the English well but he is supportive, rest everything is wonderful.

The steel doors, I dont know why they installed this much heavy doors, it is true that each rooms were installed with heavy steel doors which are fire resistant door, but there is no evacuation plan in the room.

Tv line got very problematic, we cant turn on the tv at all. Other then that is fine

Nothing to say like about

Really bad service and racism, I am asking for drinking water at late night, the staff at reception not helpful, complained Aircond too noisy and not chilled, he said all the rooms like that, I was angry, asked for refund but not getting it, he has refused, I was really struggling to sleep and rest, really restless and sleepless night, I won’t recommend this hotel to any other race and religion

The washroom is very clean.The beds are comfortable.The blankets and pillow clean as well.The environment very quite.

Just a little feedback here:The hangers are not easy to hang.The wall paper is a bit peeling. The iron at level 3 is a rusty not really can iron the clothes well.

Have been here for so many times and love it so muchThe room is so comfortable and the location is very strategic.

If maybe a mini fridge in the room.
