The place was very good near to buy item. Got diy n eco shop and shopping center

Some time it's verry smelly because the hotel was located behind the mall waste area.

Parking needs to be paid if you park on the usual day. The toilet doesn’t have any hanging to hang the clothes. The toilet has unpleasant smells. The tv couldn’t function.

Near to billion, restaurants and mamak. Located city center. Provided 4 towels, 4 soaps, 4 cups, 4 indocafes, 4 mineral water bottles,2 prayer mats, mytv.

Provide tissue, drink stir sticks, hook in toilet

The bathroom, smell as shit farm,I can see the drainage problem,when flush,got water out from side of wall

1. The toilet has this foul smell even if you sprayed with expensive perfume it doesn't go away.2. Water heater wasnt working in the morning3. TV was just merely for decoration, not functioning4. The hotel was right behind of Billion Supermarket and it was stinky as we parked the car.

Value for money. Location is good, nearby to a lot of shops and shopping mall. Good parking space.

Stairs to the upper rooms. The bidet is to far away from the toilet.

Clean room, clean toilet. Comfortable bed. Water heater. Electric kettle with coffee sechet n mineral bottles. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly staff

High water pressure

1.The room was very big. 2. Safety was very good. Got Access Card to open the door.3. Got a equipment for the coffee time .

1.No welcome wish from the reseption.Just press the button to open the door and turn back to the counter.2. The outside area was dark and feel not safe to stay late .3. For the room with the king size bed, its located at the 2nd floor, need to climb up the stairs.

The location is near to the town and malls.

We booked two rooms. The first room was okay. However, in the second room, the water heater has malfunctioned. I tried to change to another room but they were fully booked. The receptionist (man) was not friendly enough. We pushed the button two or three times since the receptionist was not at the counter. When he came out from the back he looked so... (mcm tak nak layan orang) and we felt so disrespected.

family room was good and very spacious.surrounding area also good... just behind the shopping mall... many restaurants and groceries shop.

call the hotel few times and nobody pick up the call.toilet in the room was smelt very bad... no hook to hang the towel or shirt or pants...nobody at check in counter while arriving at hotel... have to call the person and wait.payment only accept cash

Near the mall n other facilities. Very clean. Will repeat again later.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are ample public parking near the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room is big and the price is unbeatable.

Room 102 has some problems, the air conditioning was very slow, and the smell from the toilet coming into the room. The bidet is leaking and the shower head also leaking to the ceiling.
