Hotel Avenue - Avenue Hotels

The location

I booked a suit and they gave me a deluxe room instead and this is not the first time and when i tried to change it they said they have no rooms available and the treatment was full of sarcasm and racism

Very poor

The room that we got did not have a large bed as advertised on Booking.com . It was a very small bed, most likely the room was meant to be for single use.

Location, free parking and modern.

No soap in the bathroom and only one tiny shampoo bottle.

Employee was friendly and helpful.

there were some insects in the room. No solution provided. I had to sleep in the same room with them.

I attended a wedding, so I booked a room alongside my husband.Room: Excellent conditions, spacious room, super clean.Restaurant: Excellent food, big portions, good prices.Wedding Restaurant: super spacious, very friendly staff, good services.

Good to be near the PARK to have possibilities to make my 10 km regular run. Clean friendly staff...

Noise from outside and inside.

The room is clean, and the staff are good

The gym need to be improved in the facilities, There is no barbell and the treadmill is broken. The room some TV programs cannot be broadcasted. The breakfast the fruit not fresh, and the food seems not too much kind as it is four star hotel

Nice comfortable bedroom with walk in shower room. Excellent restaurant menu choice.

I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was very comfortable

When checking in, I filled out a very voluminous questionnaire. The second time. Seriously? In the 21st century?? Breakfast was very modest.

The restaurant with a tot of choice

WIFI was very slow and sometime absent in the evening

Kind staff, spacious room.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, even though I aired it several times.

Clean ,new hotel with nice design with parking lot available. Basic but decent breakfast. A bit pricy for Buzău.

Staff could be a little bit nicer.

Grea Hotel! Exceed all the expectation. Booked it for business travel and the colleagues were happy with the choice. Great breakfast, cleaness, great location, the staff super friendly and overall the price is fair and good.

Great breakfast, lovely staff, very spacious room, good location - overall great stay

We had to change the bathrobes as we were provided with kid's ones and the bathroom handsoap dispenser was empty.

Own parking, spacious rooms, spa, good Internet

too small bathroom, not enough food at breakfast

It was quiet and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The towels smelled a little weird and the bathroom in my room had a fault at the door, as I couldn’t get past it to move from one side of the bathroom to the other without having to stay sideways so that I would fit.

clean and tidy

didn’t get tooth paste or a tooth brush

Great room- weird shape but still nice and big- plenty of space and storage available Good attempt at a English/Irish breakfast , but outside of UK & Ireland getting correct ingredients is difficult. Eggs/hash browns where goodBacon could have been crispier "Sausages" were more what we would call hotdog but like i said can get the correct ingredients in central/eastern Europe

Only gripe was the AC in the room always seemed to blow hot/warm and not cool- not a major thing as just cracked a window open for a bit for some cool air.Mini bar in room reasonably priced but no bottle opener available to open any of the bottles in the fridge

Very clean, a beautiful modern hotel, very quiet - we stayed overnight and had a great sleep. The beds are very comfy. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We had dinner when we arrived late in the evening and buffet breakfast the next morning, and it was simply great. Loved the personnel as well, great communication and very accommodating. This really is a great place to stay and we will be coming back next time we're in the area.

A bit warm in the room at night, as I understood the thermostat could be adjusted from the reception only, and we were too tired to figure it out - will do that next time around in advance.

Good location, clean nice room

The temperature could not be adjusted, it was cold in the room. Also, the shower drain was not working well so water spilled in the room hallway.
