Great location, good breakfast and friendly people

Shower area needs to be refreshed/ renewal

Staff were friendly and obliging and the receptionist on check in spoke reasonable English. She was very good and very helpful. The room was OK. The bed was comfy but room lacked such things as tea/coffee facilities; although did have a fridge. I only spent one night here and it was cheap (and therefore value for money). It was average - but it did the job.

Damn this is in a busy busy place and quite a drama to get parked up. The location is in the city centre but it really is not easy trying to get easy access to the hotel car park. The seating area was a bit bizarre. Although separate from the bedroom, it was very narrow - and did not have a TV (so it was quite a redundant space).

In the morning there was any water. Later, they fixed it, but it was too late for me. Maybe it was not their fault, but still.

All was good. Only thing was a bit noisy because of some other people but staff came in around 11pm and made sire everyone stays put.

The hotel has it's own free parking. Also a very easy free public parking nearby.The rooms were big enough, with a small, covered balcony.

One of the rooms we had, was cold during the night.There was no breakfast anymore on Sunday at 09:30.Difficult to find a nearby restaurant on a Saturday night.

The place allowed a pretty late arrival, as we left for Buzău quite late in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every matter.Parking lot was easily accesibile and secure as it was inside the premise's yard and with proper surveillance.The room was cozy and very welcoming; we got to stay at the second floor in a room facing south and experienced beautiful sunrises.

Kitchen staff very helpful. Receptionist Alina outstanding with information.Coffee good.

Not much honestly I was expecting mire for a hotel with 9.3 booking.com rating

Breakfast service was very basic, interaction with Staff poor, they barely said hello, sitting smoking all the time and leaving the kitchen and breakfast hall unattended. Room floor was dirty , being with two kids we were worried about their health. This hotel could have potential but looks like management is not paying attention.

Clean rooms in the center of Buzau, friendly personnel, parking in the backyard. OK to stay for 1-3 nights right in front of the city hall.

For some reason, the tap water is not drinkable, this can be written in English also.

The food

The balcony, the bed, and the most annoying thing was that people were being loud and in the middle of the night, it sounded like people've been moving furniture across the room. I slept really bad because of that
