Good location and friendly staff

Linen was very discoloured (especially towels).General appearance of overall property was not well maintained.

The staff (Jim) was very friendly and helpful.

It was very noisy on the first night with other people at the motel partying outside my room until 5am - not great. The motel itself needs an update - the outside was overgrown and looked pretty scruffy, the inside, although very clean, needed to be refreshed.

Everything was very good. Excellent location and very comfortable and clean. It's also very quiet area to relax and enjoy the weekend away from home if visiting.

Walking distance to town

Double bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Hubby woke up with a sore back. The single beds were good though. The room smelled very musty. The shower head is designed for a midget. The outside could do with a good clean up as well. Overgrown grass & weeds.

Nice courteous owners. Quiet and beautiful cold air conditioning. Comfortable bed.

Not clean parking area on first appearance. No cutlery in the room. Otherwise satisfactory.

We opened the door closed the door and booked into another motel.

The Motel should be renamed Fifty Shades of mold.

It was old, rundown and over priced for what it was and needs a good clean

The man who ran the place was very nice & helpful. Also provided a washing machine along with powder free of charge.

The place was fairly run down, and we were unsure of the area - but in saying that it was still comfortable to sleep in & the bathroom was still tidy & had no issues.

Very much unhygienic.bed sheets are dirty. They don’t even change it. Hair on the bed sheets . One single bed light not working, carpet fully urine smell. Very bad experience , towels what they gave me when I get the room key they are full of brown spots. I don’t think so this facility should be on booking.com. We trust you . Not expecting this. Very much unhappy.

This Motel was chosen for the Location. On the Highway in and out of town. Next door to major hotel providing excellent meals.

I have used this property before and was reasonably satisfied but this time, despite the room appearing to be clean, the fridge was not plugged in and full of water. There were millions of little black cockroaches. They were everywhere and we had to be careful not to let any get into our luggage. Also, there was no Smoke Alarm, this is a contravention of Queensland Law. I do not mind 'old and dated' as long the room is clean, all facilities are working and free from pests. The location of this Motel is great for the town of Innisfail, it is a shame it is run down.

Location was good. Close to amenities.

Cockroaches crawled around all night, beds were far too spongy, air conditioning didn't work, the door lock was very dodgy, and the guy running it seemed overwhelmed.

the room was spacious, conveniently located, it was a reasonable base as we were out all day. the towels were changed daily & the bins emptied.

Would have appreciated the carpet being vacuumed daily & the bed tidied. Parking was tight for a large vehicle.

Close to pub and restaurant for dinner…Room had everything in it to cook for yourself .. Was provided milk for coffee ..Easy check in ..Comfortable bed overall pretty good..

Staff were friendly and obliging.Location was perfect.Too expensive for a run down motel.Laundry wasn't the cleanest. Driveway had grass growing out of then pavers.Motels, needs a lot of TLC.On the whole it suited me being close to everything.

1st impression was:-WHAT the hek have paid for a dump of a place. The gentleman owner was lovely. Seems like he needed a lot of help to run the place that needed upgrading to makenit more appealing.pleasan5

The location and the friendly staff and how accommodating they were because we had a baby.

This was an older and VERY basic room/motel however it was clean and adequate for our needs getting there late and leaving early. There was limited cooking facilities in the room. However the supermarket shut at 6pm and didn't open until 9am! We would stay here again under the same circumstances.

On main thoroughfare and traffic noise all day and night
