Unclean, mouldy bathroom, roaches, dirty crockery, poor fitout and furnishings, Chinese "upgrade" (would hate to see the mon-upgraded room...)

Ease of getting to location and parking onsite.Room configuration was good for the guests.Beds were comfortable.Bathroom was functional and shower spacious. Water was great pressure and hot.Within walking distance to local eateries.

Checkout process, as room are a keycode, and nothing needed to be returned. So assumed didn't need to see anyone as I checked out and nobody was at the front desk at the time of check out to confirm. But not a massive issue.Was a little noisy from other guests, but nothing too much, so if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue, but overall not much to dislike about the place.

Very clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Lovely pool.

Had a pool, close to The Entrance, nice staff, big television, bathroom was nice.

⭐️ 1/5 — Extremely Run‑Down and Not Worth the MoneyI was genuinely shocked by the condition of this property. There were mould patches on the roof and in the bathroom, and several holes had been “repaired” with stick‑on vinyl tiles, which only made the place look even more neglected. The furniture was old and worn, and the gardens were so overgrown that I honestly thought we were driving past a derelict property. Even the stairwell to the rooms had graffiti on the walls.Despite booking for two people, only one towel was provided. The other was a diposable towel the size of tea towel. There were no power points near the bed, and when I asked for an extension cord, none were available. Basic amenities just weren’t there.Overall, the entire place felt extremely run down and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

Location and pool

We were given a room with 1 bed short of what we booked. Bathroom was mouldy, dead cockroaches in the room, stained bedding, window and tv had dirty finger/handprints on them.

The location was quiet and convenient, close to the beach and to several supermarkets and takeaways. Reception staff were friendly and resolved the issues we brought to them.

An email threatening to cancel my booking because I hadn't confirmed, while travelling to the airport was not a good start. On arrival, there were no batteries in the airconditioning remote and the soap dispenser by the bathroom sink was not functional. (There was soap in the shower, so not catastrophic, just inconvenient). Although basic supplies for self-catering are supplied, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, dishwashing liquid, or tea-towel. This meant we could not satisfactorily wash dishes between meals.

The room smelt musty, the peal and stick shower tiles were falling off, the bed was sagging in the middle, furniture was old and stained and the supplied shampoo was running and the provided milk was off and chunky

Close to where we needed to go

Room was not worth the money that we paid for. I have been in 8 motels so far and never was i charged $50.00 diposit for extra 2 pillows ,Room was not cleaned had only 1 towel between me and my husband so I had to go and ask for more towels. Kitchen was separate but to close to the toilet lighting was very poor in the kitchen had to open the toilet door for extra light. Floors were not clean,had extra blanket that hadn't been washed for months .Only thing we liked was the king size bed,fridge and how big the room was.

I wouldn’t stay again.

Very outdated and run down rooms, terrible value for money, we had a lower level family room and there was a party in the room above us that went all night until 5am, I got no sleep.

The room! Wasn't cleaned properly at all. Dirty glass in room, old everything. Walls not painted, bathroom not what you would expect for the price - old and shabby. Second room had a band aid stuck to the wall, dirty bed spread, dirty bathroom, fridge on outside not clean, strange spots on ceiling.

The location only.

It smelt so bad upon arrival. Had to leave the aircon on the whole time to circulate the air. The room was dirty, the towels are tiny and thin, some would say rag worthy. They don’t refresh towels or toilet paper. The bathrooms were disgusting, I’ve never in my life had a shower that left me feeling dirtier when I got out then before I got in.The wifi is trash.The people who work in the reception don’t speak english and had to use google translate to communicate. The rooms leak when it rains. The list goes on. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We booked for 4 people and given 2 towels and asked for more after using pool and reception gave 1 extra towel from a storage room with hundreds of towels. Bathroom had dead bugs on the window seal.

Very disappointing.

Motel is very old. Some attempt to renovate it. Unfinished. nothing matches. External front doors used internal. Mismatched crockery. Only one set for 2 people. 1 Chair. Received call from manager "why have you not checked out after 1 night" We had booked 2 nights. Had confirmation on my phone. He had someone booked into our room. Very disturbing.Allowed car to park outside our door all night.

I really liked the pool

When I arrived I realized my bed has been slept in so I asked them to put on new sheets which they didn't do we literally slept in the last people's sheets, I tried to talk to them but they didn't speak English and being lat Sunday night check in there was no one to speak to q

Bathroom towels they looked like they were 20years old.The sliding door you couldn’t even open that properly that it came off the tracks and damaged my sons big toe and when I told the owner he just said oh. I asked for more toilet paper and he got the shits.
