Location is convenient and staff are friendly.

Beds are too soft, very noisy because close to traffic, way too expensive during holidays. Not value for money

The female staff member was friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, compared to photos and the carpark is very tight and gravel, so noisy. There was a cockroach in our room as soon as we arrived so we had to ask for insect spray. The staff member helped us to get rid of it. The hotel allows pets and dogs were barking several times during the night. Road noise was loud with sirens and horns beeping. Overall a very sleepless disappointing stay for the price. I would not recommend.

Very central location and reasonably easy to find

Could’ve been a bit cleaner and have a bit more milk and coffee, tea supplies, etc.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Allowing us to park our trailer on site.

Light from neighbouring property and common walkway came through gaps around curtains in bedroom and main room. Perhaps blockout blinds would solve this.

the staff and the cleaner. Verry Rude and didn't give 30min notice before cheek out. and asked if I was going to re book but wouldn't give me 10min to go out some money from my friends place so I could rebook for the night then told the owner Sam that my room was a mess when it wasn't. then they wouldn't let me wait in the shade with my 2 dogs and made me site outside on the walk way with all my stuff and my 2 dogs with no where to go.

Clean and cozy friendly staff

The owner was very helpful, giving us plates, bowls and cutlery for our takeaway.

There is no grass so you have to walk your dog out the front, down the road a little for the toilet, our dog gets up twice a night, so a long enough walk to wake you right up.

Very clean, updated kitchen and bathroom. Convenient to where we needed to stay, single beds available, good shower, great staff.

Building was older style. Windows could not be secured.

This was second time we have stayed here . Visits were 4 years apart , and both times , comfortable and great value for money .

Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. Close to beaches and the shopping centre amenities.

Not really a complaint but we passed it without seeing it the first time.

Reservations are easy! We phoned within hours of our stay! Naomi placed fresh milk in the fridge so we could make tea or coffee on arrival. It’s the little things that make you return to a place! The whole place is clean and comfortable! On our departure we left some personal items. Naomi phoned us very promptly and we were able to return to collect them. She placed them in reception so it was easy for collection. We would happily stay at the Buccaneer Motel! Even when we arrived which was after check in, the manager came and helped us. We were towing a trailer and made sure it was safely out of the way.

We love our stay at Buccaneer Motel. The motel has a very good location, staffs are friendly and helpful.We didnt travel with pets but we find the room is very clean for a pet friendly motel.
