Stay away! You can find...

Stay away! The room was dirty after the last guests. The bed was full of black hair and garbages all over the floor. I don’t think they change the bedding at all. In general the premises are outdated. The office was already close when we arrived so not much to do :(

Everything in one location: nice pool, excellent cafe.

Nothing really. You do have to drive everywhere but is better quality than some places that are closer to the water.

Lovely refurbished room. The food in the restauarant and cafe was great and the staff were amazing. Great place for families with young children. It also has a pool, play area and plenty of lawn.

The property was beautifully decorated and landscaped with good onsite facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious and the on-site restaurant was very good.

There were good facilities onsite, but not much within walking distance. You will need a car to get to the beach.

The appointment of the room was wonderful. Spacious in size and inviting in appearance. The room facilities were more than adequate, there was nothing extra that we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

That the inside handle on the shower door was broken off and also one of the lights above the bathroom vanity was blown. These were not significant issues but more to raise awareness.

Room size was fine, overall clean and comfortable. Access to an onsite restaurant a plus.

Two issues: 1/ Made arrangements for a 'late' checkin and did not receive instructions on how to access our room key. Fortunately another guest arrived at the same time with the same issue and we were able to retrieve our key. 2/ Door on bathroom would open of its own accord to zero privacy when using the toilet or shower. The original door hinges were still visible.

Bathroom door slides open on it's own. Had to wedge it with the waste paper basket.

The room was styled well. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The pool was small and the room wasn’t very clean. The bathtub had hair in it. The shower had mould all over the screen. The tap didn’t close properly. The TV didn’t connect to Netflix but worked with Disney.

Good value for money. Room was beautiful. Balcony was great. Captains table restaurant delicious.

Unfortunately it was very noisy, other guests partying until late. Also room wasn’t ready at 2pm. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash had been topped up with water.

We loved the pool! Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff! The restaurant and bar are amazing ☺️

We asked for a room clean after 3 days, but they only brought new towels. The next day a asked for a room clean and they changed the bed. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was never properly cleaned during our stay.

Staff were so friendly. The room was amazing all beds so comfortable and loads of space. The pool was a little small but very nice. Overall amazing value for money!

There was 1 cockroach in the room but not a disaster

Lovely facilities - well appointed. Very close to shops and everything else. Reception was faultless. Highly recommended.

The size of the fridge, no toaster, location, went to have breakfast onsite but after waiting in a line for 20mins to be served to them only be told it was a 40minute wait for food. They could have told us that as they seated us. Not worth the money we spent on the accommodation given its location - couldn’t walk to anything

Looks like the establishment was renovated and for the most part was clean and ok. Only good if you have little kids as pool area is entertaining for them or you just need to sleep the night and get out in the morning.

The spa was filfy with gunk. I understand people might not wash before they get in, but staff can check its condition. Was the same the next day. The hand soap in the clear bottle in the room was just about empty. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 10pm that had sirens in the room. Someone burnt toast. Not properties fault, but was confusing as we didn’t know it was a drill or not. There were no staff directing patrons that we could see, just people in a carpark.

We had a family room and it was very spacious, including the bathroom which has a jacuzzi as well. Love it.
