Jetty Motel The Entrance

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, polite and helpful. The location is nice and not far away for the kids activities.

Comfy room, clean, close to all facilities

Convenient location, comfortable bed, combined wash basin/kitchen sink.

Floors were very dirty. They should be mopped after every stay.

The room had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable, with a fan and air-conditioning. The staff were very nice. I could park my car in front of my room. It's close to the lake, shops, cafes and the Diggers club. It's a short drive to The Entrance town centre.

The curtains were torn and the windows didn't lock. They could put some shade cover at the front of the rooms, where the cars are parked.

Nothing it was Christmas Eve I asked for a refund and never got it the hot water takes 5 mins to turn on and is a Muslim based hotel that says dog friendly

It was the first time I'd stayed there and it was impressive, although I did get a free upgrade to a "fancy" room (12A) which was quite large. It was the only room with a partial lake view, as it's on the end of the building, which was a good view but unspectacular. This mattered little to me, as the room was very good, and I like the fact it had ceiling fans which are always handy with potentially stuffy rooms, particularly in the warmer months. It is also a very short walk to most things, including shops at Long Jetty and Tuggerah Lakes, and a slightly longer walk to The Entrance (about 15 mins).

Nothing really. The air conditioner in room 12A wasn't great, it's probably past its prime, but with the ceiling fan it wasn't really important.

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The addition of microwave and toaster was appreciated. The aircon was cold even during some 40 degree days. Bed was comfortable. Table and chairs were handy. Shower was excellent!Generous supply of tea and coffee.

Would have been good to have an extra pillow and plates and cutlery in the room rather than the kitchen across the way. There wasn’t a great deal available.We weren’t aware we had to ask for daily room service but it was provided cheerfully when we asked.

Person who check me in did not give me information just said all this is posted in your room. That was after asking where there any dog parks nearby.Room was not cleaned while I stayed. Tea coffee biscuits were not refreshed.

You have to do hair and make up on the same bench you make your coffee, make toast etc as they have no other options in the actual bathroom itself.

Clean, well appointed room. Quiet location. Access to netflix was a nice bonus.

Only 1 thing. The mattress specifically, while the bed was clean and well made, I feel the mattress is due for a replacement, it had no support in the middle.
