Sapphire Palms Motel

It was close to where we needed to be.

Some of the room furniture appeared dirty (stained), the cupboard that had the toaster in it had crumbs and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. The shower screen wasn't complete, it looked like a section had not been fitted.

The staff were nice and very accommodating. Loved that each room had an assigned car spot and the resident possum came out every evening for a chat.

WAY overpriced for what and where it was. Not even shampoo, conditioner or soap and a half a toilet roll for 3 nights. The outside lights for the ENTIRE hotel went on and off all night and the other guests looked and sounded like housos screaming and arguing every night.

The pool was great, the rooms clean and spacious

The cereal in the complementary breakfast kitchen was stale and inedible

it was very close to the main town and 7/11 across the road , kids loved the pool , came with free coffee, tea and sugar

abit overpriced for the rooms considering how old the motel it was

Owners were absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to my needs of my kids and myself. Would definitely come back. Nice atmosphere.

The pool needs renovation as slide was ripping my kids shorts.

Bed. Pillows very thin Shower didnt work properly. Carpet needed ripping up and throwing away it smelt.

We were disappointed.

The carpet and room could have been cleaner. The carpet needs a good steam clean, we wiped a baby wipe over the carpet and it went black. There were also a few bugs in the room.

Location was handy, there are good facilities such as pool, spa, and covered BBQ area.

Some of the families staying spent most of the time outside other people's rooms, they were extremely noisy all evening until midnight on multiple nights.Management may not be on site after hours, so there was no one to deal with the rowdy guests.

The lovely welcoming from the owner Leo. Easy check in. The room we had was very big. The bed was comfortable. Close to shops and short distance to The Entrance.

Shower head was broken. It needed a decent coat of paint as it was looking a little worn out.

Good value, very clean

On a busy road but n pi use in the room was very muted. No issue sleeping.

The shower heat had to wait a while for it too heat up..Needed to be more pressure..didn't need the cold water on at all.

The location of the property was convenient but the cleanliness wasn’t great and the staff weren’t easy to get hold of most of the time..
