Restaurant nearby. Room easy to find. Great parking.

Hidden behind Diggers, couldn't find. Power points/light switches not within reach. Couldn't fit pizza box in fridge. Room a bit squishy, disappointed.

The room was clean and functional

The location was very noisy as it looked out onto the delivery and garbage area and the air-conditioning stacks

Bed was comfortable

The room was advertised with a water view. To be honest it's best not to advertise this because unless you stand at the window looking out you don't see a water view. If there was a balcony with chairs then yes, advertise water view but its pointless advertising something you can't enjoy sit, relax and enjoy.

Clean and club service was Awesome

No USB ports so we can charge our cellphones

The accommodation had a back entrance to the restaurant at diggers which was very handy. It was also in close range to a beautiful walk at Long Jetty Reserve and a short drive to The Entrance beach. The staff were very helpful and polite.

There were no bowls in case you wanted to have your own breakfast in your accommodation room

Locaton, cleaningless, frieindly staff. I dealt with with Matthew at the reception, and he was very friendly, helpful and provided us with a great customer service.I also loved the acccess to the club facilities.

Good location, having an RSL club in the same building made meal times a breeze. Able to get good food virtually at any time during the day and late at night .Being a hotel guest also entitled you to receive member’s discount at the RSL.

Reasonably priced, very clean and the view of that lake was beautiful

As we walked out the door their were beds standing up as you walk out I just didn’t think that looked very nice and tidy.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, attached to the Diggers with internal access so easy for dinner

Overprices compared to the room. Not many options for breakfast.

View was excellent and access to Diggers was a benefit noting the hotels location. Most meals were taken at Diggers and well good value.

Booking in time at 2.00pm was a little inconvenient and would have liked it earlier say 12.00pm.

Ease of check in. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There was no toaster or microwave

Loved this place, bed was sooo comfy, staff were amazing & loved the fact it walked through to the Diggers club for breakfast & or dinner etc

Don't think they had completely finished cleaning the room prior to us entering because there was skid marks in the toilet bowl & a key card in the lights section when we entered but when the cleaner returned the next morning they removed the card.

The room was clean with a lovely view and the bed was very comfortable ??

The staff were fabulous. Location was great for fishing, park playing, and nice walks. Only 5 mins drive to downtown shopping and eateries.

Location and cleanliness

Continental breakfast needs to improve dramatically. Buffet would be desirable

The staff were exceptional - so friendly, helpful and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. This was a 5 star experience. Having direct access to the Diggers Club was a real bonus for coffee, snacks, meals and drinks. Congratulations to the team of dedicated staff - management should be very proud!

Could not feel ac as it at the door not above bed and didn’t cool room much Have excellent Blockout blinds that completely blocked out the sun and the room is completely dark all day until openStaff is very nice and polite and are on the ball and always watching cameras as someone parked in Disability spot and didn’t have a permit and assisted me to find another close spot to the doors

The access to the Diggers Club for meals is a great feature of staying at the Ibis.They have a good selection of meals for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Hotel guests also get members prices on meals and drinks during their stay.

There were no real negatives during our stay.

Great hotel connected to the Diggers club next door where hotel guests get same discounts as members. You can also dine there for all meals. Really good stay and perfect location.
