Presentation of grounds around the rooms could be improved

The staff were accomodating.

The first room had a very bad mouldy musky smell, the second room was a little better.

Honestly do not waste your money nothing about this place was good.

The room was mouldy, as were the bed sheets. The room was in unhygienic conditions with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was also bad, with a broken toilet seat that fell off, human hair, gross stuff coming out of the shower head and a stained bath - not the room we ordered. We were offered other rooms but all were in the same condition. There was also no wifi which was not communicated prior.

Didn’t respond to messages, had to call to get a response. No mattress cover under sheets, sheets didn’t fit bed properly.

The large room and grassed back yard. It would have been an incredible resort at some stage. Hopefully it will get to shine again when the road works are finished

One of the rooms had 100’s of mosquitoes

We were able to check in.

The place was incredibly run down, nothiing like the photos so that is false advertising. We were met with lots of tiny cockroaches everytime we walked in and we had to kill them that crawled into the bags, we took into the room. There was no screen so the door could not be left open. The fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud and it came on automatically when you switched the light on. There was no wifi. There was a fridge which contained two cups and saucers,two glasses and a teaspoon. There was a tv. The sheets were clean but had stains on them.

Couldn’t say as the whole property was shut when we arrived with a disconnected contact phone number …

The whole place as we had to find alternate accomodation as the property was closed and no one there … it looked run down and the contact phone number was disconnected …. Causing us a lot of stress to find last minute alternate accomodation in peak holiday period …

Good location. Quiet. Big room.

Mattress was appalling. Old. Saggy. Uncomfortable. No towels in the room. No teabags or milk. Obviously room had not been properly serviced from previous guest.

They overcharged us for bringing our pet, the lighting was terrible, the fan for the bathroom kept making noises, it said pet friendly and yet the entire grass was covered in bindies so we couldn’t even let our dog ijt

Not clean, very outdated, cigarette burns in carpet, marks all over doors, needs to be fully renovated

Needs pulling down the best thing was the bed.

Very shabby & like a building site..no blinds & curtains not blockout but sheer.

No internet, no cleaning scheduled. Not Clean enough. Missing pillow, only give 2 toilet roll for 3 people for 2 nights. Was dirty throughout around outdoor space. Unfortunately the space looks like not properly maintained. Also in the add pictures of hotel there was a picture around water, but actually it was no way near water...

Location

Bathroom wasn’t clean, every time we flushed the toilet water would pour out the back of it. Beds were horrible, tv was that tiny I had to sit in front of it to read channels, room wasn’t fully made up. Staff were hard to find, waited over half an hour before staff come to reception, I did try calling but the number was not connected.Would be good to have a microwave & toaster in rooms also.

Door lock was broken,changed room and air ventilation in bathroom very loud and sounded like it was going to fall down. Wifi not available. Bedside light did not work until randomly came on in the morning. No PowerPoint near the bed for charging. No extra blanket for cool night. Poor signage for entrance due to roadworks. Bathroom vanity was stained. Toilet seat was broken.

The room was spacious, and the beds were okay.A big bonus is that the hotel is pet-friendly. The room we stayed in this time was considerably better than the last time. The room was tiled and had a proper fridge.The location is fabulous. It is close to the Bateau Bay shopping village and Long Jetty, with numerous cafes.

The courtyard fencing is not secure, and dogs from other apartments easily walk through the garden to your courtyard. Simple things such as a Microwave oven and a toaster would be nice. However, we found a microwave oven in the games room.

Room was comfortable and clean great value for money.

The swimming pool was disappointing unkept leaves and insects in pool. Could be cleaned occasionally. Bathroom needs repair of exhaust fan
