The room was extremely small and the toilet and shower seriously need renovation.The shower is small The car park needs to be updated as well. There is no cemented car park and some body even scratched my car at their car park. Worst experience ever.

After booking I read the reviews and I freaking out, expecting the worse. They must have changed management or something because the place was clean and tidy. Linen was crispy white. Couldn¿t use pool due to weather but it look clean and inviting.

The website says it¿s newly renovated ¿ it¿s not. The place is filthy, it looks like it has had no maintenance for decades. Furniture is old and worn out, the walls have stains on them. Pool area is messy. Noisy guests.

The location is perfect

The paint on the walls was falling apart. The paint on the tiles in the shower was falling off, the shower had so much scum build up. The bathroom door was broken so it wouldn't shut properly.

Really helpful and friendly staff. It is in the best location and has secure parking. You can walk everywhere from motel.

Toilet would not flush probably and there was a small stain on the quilt.

No hot water at all in morning or evening time,complained to staff but nothing was done about it,reception,outside/inside areas not clean and grubby,pool was full of stones!!!

It is definitely not what expected. Fridge was broken had mould throughout, tv had a mind of its own taps were broken shower had missing drain cover and no power points

Didn’t get told where our room was just handed the card we had to find it ourselves, bed hard as a rock, shower leaking onto bathroom floor, toilet leaking at pipe needs major upgrades

The standard rooms I stayed in before were absolutely disgusting they all need new interior hot water took 5 minutes to be hot mould water damaged walls beds sink in tiny fridge stray cats roming inside the foyer and on the grounds showers the screens were pathetic water gets all over the floor the executive rooms were much better kitchen big living area beds firm view out to the lake a balcony and a big private outdoor area

The noise could hear people in the next room Luke they were in my room the mould and water dampened walls the shower the tine the hot water took to be hot the ferell cats overall cleanliness

Going home very old but very clean room but the place needs a lot of work

Extremely Poor Stay

A request for a refund for my recent stay at Hotel El Lago Waters, The Entrance, NSW, due to the extremely poor condition of the accommodation and facilities, which fell well below an acceptable standard, has not been met.During our stay, the air conditioning was not working. We attempted to open the windows for ventilation, however they were very difficult to open and, once opened, the noise levels were unbearable, including constant traffic noise, car alarms, and noise from nearby gravel roads. This made it impossible to rest or sleep comfortably.The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a very springy mattress. The bathroom was in a grotty condition, with a cheap plastic toilet seat that did not appear properly fitted. Noise from other rooms was excessive throughout the night, including toilets flushing, showers running, televisions, and babies crying, indicating very poor soundproofing.The television in the room was not secured on a proper stand and was unstable, nearly falling to the floor. There was significant dust buildup behind the television. Additionally, there were no globes in the bedside lamps, and the power outlets beside the bed had tape placed over them, preventing their use altogether.The swimming pool was not fit for use, being visibly cloudy. We were advised by a staff member that chemicals still needed to be purchased, meaning the pool was not ready for guests. Common areas such as foyers and hallways had heavily stained carpets, further contributing to the overall poor impression of the property.Given the number and seriousness of these issues, the accommodation did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort, cleanliness, safety, or basic amenities.

Great relocation, good pool! Rooms were big and beds were ok!!! It has the potential to be really good

The air con didn't really work much in the room and with no fly screens on the window couldn't open the window so it was exceptionally hot the whole night. We barely slept l due to this. The hotel itself looks quite run down from the outside but did improve once we were in. The room had what looked to be mould above the door but the rest of it was clean.

Need to good renovations and good customer service. Door lock not working, air-conditioning not working, air-conditioning controller turn on TV, bed like a water bed. Needs to clean everyday. Door cart not working. Pool was very dirty. I ask to change my room but reception lady don't even talk and no one in reception you have to call them plus customer service is 0. Rubbish is every where outside. They need good management to run that motel.

Very disappointed , and I will not recommend the place for anyone. Everything is off about the the facilities. rooms ,toilet, shower mattress poor light condition etc . very poor hygiene .

The pool was enjoyed And 1 comfy bed out of 3 in the room

2 beds had springs coming out.Bathroom had exposed wires and electric socket not screwed to the wall,Outdoor stairs werent attached properly we nearly fell down them.None of the bed/wall lighting worked.Hotel needs alot of work

Everything was off from when we entered the room , screen door didnt lock broken , bathroom had crack tiles my son cut his foot , bed felt like it was about to break
