Great location, gorgeous views of the lake, very good value for money, clean and comfortable and close to everything

Convenient location. Great value for money. Very well equipped with microwave and basic kitchen facilities. Bedside lamps and eating area made it very comfortable.

The room was clean, bed really comfortable and the hot water pressure fantastic. Was very happy with the room as the place looks quite tired from the outside.

The location was great, it had allocated parking… the rooms were tidied daily with a full clean mid stay which was great. The rooms themselves and beds and facilities were really good, we were very comfortable and happy during our stay.

The door frames are old, especially the back door which had gaps and was both a potential security concern as well as for noise when neighbours were taking and smoking out the back. Can be simply be changed by replacing them. Also a kitchen sink would be a good option for the future.

Good location, close to the river, can take a walk. Reasonable price, clean bathroom

M/A

Comfortable and quiet. Didn't appreciate the leaking bathroom pipes .water all over the floor.

Location

Perfect location, water front, close to restaurants

It would e great if there is a bike or boat hire shop in the area.

Great location, peaceful. Next to lakeside walking tracks, 5 mins walk to Budgewoi Hotel.Comfy beds. Clean.

Hibiscus Lakeside is showing its age. Nevertheless it is comfortable, clean, spacious and sits on a beautiful site on the lake. Quiet and peaceful. Walking path on the doorstop. Overall, I'd stay there again as it's excellent value for money

Great cosy little place right on the lake have stay here several times

A classic Aussie motel that has been partially renovated. Good value for our short break. Pleasant lake side location. Very comfortable beds, excellent air/con with complimentary tea and coffee, toast making facilities and bottled water.

The shower leaked out of its enclosure which made the surrounds very wet and slippery. We laid down extra towels to dry it.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, tea and coffee facility.

The bathroom floor has a gap right around the inside of the shower which needs fixing or you will have major water damage into the walls. It also makes the shower look dirty.

It was easy to find. Rooms were clean and presented well. Very comfortable bed and pillows.Would book this property again.

Very friendly helpful staff and the room appeared recently renovated which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and comfortable bed. Next time I would like to stay lake front/view. Room was good value for money

Location

Didn't feel safe bathroom windows didn't lock or close properly,Rang property manager no return call or follow up.

Bad

They gave my room that I booked to someone else.it was dirty room and the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming.the water from the shower overflows to where it goes out the bathroom door onto the dirty carpet.

We received an upgraded room with a lakeside view and sitting area. The area at the lake is communal and there is a path along the lake through the trees, here birds can be observed and the building up of the banks of the estuary is described. There were restaurants in walking distance.
