Clean room

I made a last minute booking to get out of Sydney on the Friday night (traveling to Brisbane). Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a larger room, the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable.

The lady upgraded us to a larger unit

The Queen bed mattress was very very hard.

Great location, clean, very spacious in 3 bedroom apartment. Great value for money. Big living room and private balcony. Big fridge in kitchenette. It was pleasant and quiet. Easy to travel by car to local beaches. Coles is just around the corner. Close to The Entrance and Norah Head Rock Pool.

Minor issues:Pillows were too high and firm.Bring your own pillow. Kitchenette was adequate but an electric stove and more kitchenware would be nice. There was no mop or dustpan in the apartment. There was no clothes horse provided. Observed a dodgy exchange in the carpark area

There was dried blood on the wall, smelt bad and had a terrible room layout

The bed and it was close to where I needed to be.

It was not a very visually pleasing room

The bed in the main bedroom was far too hard did not sleep very well. For two nights I had to sleep on the couch.The double bed in second room was also very hard to sleep on.

Stayed here many times. Location is great for me

On arrival told the AC in room was broken. Portable unit was brought to room. No problem. When portable ac turned on extreme heat coming out of back vent. This vent should have been ducted out of room but no ducting supplied and would not be able to lock door at same time. Advised management next morning who pretty much said oh well to bad sorry. So we payed for a room with Ac and had none. With no compensation offered.

We had the family room (room 18) and it was great. Lots of room for us all. It was very clean and lots of space for us all. We had dinner form the local Chinese, Asian Haven, which was lovely. A nice place to stay on our travels and so very clean. Thank you

The windows rattled in the wind, cockroaches on wall and floor, no cereal bowls in room

The room was not cleaned properly. There were lots of bugs. The fridge did not work.

The room was an ok size , all tho I was a family paying full price we got a small room their was a couple staying in an apartment size room

The fact that the place was full of people in temporary housing by housing Commission. I payed almost 500 for 3 nights never was offered fresh towels. The place had trash everywhere out front of rooms and on the floor ? alcoholic cans and glass in the gardens,Noise at all hours people or people's smashing and slamming shit early hours in the morning. Dogs barking all hours as their was 3 dogs in one room and another guy has a dog . I have A 2 yr old and it just wasn't a safe place to be or pay the amount I did to be surrounded by these people. We will never go back or recommend.

Excellent clean and good location

Mattresses where very hard missed a pool

The room was spacious and had a sofa. The motel is in a good location near the supermarket and beaches. The parking space was reasonably easy to get into. It was quiet at night. There was a little crockery and cutlery and a kitchen sink.

Some rooms are occupied by people needing emergency accommodation. This was fine but they had lots of pets including barking dogs. I added a night to my stay and was asked to pay $30 more than I was quoted over the phone. $269 a night was a high price for the standard of this motel.

Beds were comfortable enough. And the AC worked. Location is great and central to many places. So made a good base.

Some Power points didn’t work. And there isn't many to choose from in the first place.There was dried poop under the toilet seat and hairs still in the shower. The shower had barely any pressure and took quite a while to warm up. The microwave and tv also didn’t work in our room. Thankfully we had family in another room so were able to use their facilities to make baby bottles etc.

The room was clean and had lots of space

Pillows were very hard. We usually bring our own when traveling but forgot this one time.

Location is excellent. Very convenient

The property was close to the wedding venue and shops. Plenty of space.

The floors were quite dirty and one of the double beds was unusable because of how firm it was. It was honestly like sleeping on the ground. There wasn’t any basic necessities like dust pan or garbage bags. The lay out of the apartment is very odd and the furniture is quite old with the tables feeling sticky no matter how much you clean them.

Unexpected upgrade was very nice. Friendly, helpful staff
