Bridge View Motel

Location.

Bed, was hard as wood. Did not get any sleep & have back & neck pain.

The location was great, close to everything you could need. The room was clean and well presented and the yard area was well presented.

Its not a big issue but it was disappointing that the outside lights on the balcony are part of the security lights. They are too bright and attract all the bugs making uncomfortable it to sit out on the balcony after sunset.

I stayed in an upstairs room with private balcony. It was very clean, nice size for 1-2 people and had all the facilities needed for my one week stay. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket. The lounge was great for watching TV with my visitor and also had a table with two chairs making it homely. The microwave was handy and small fridge so I could heat up meals.

Nothing to complain about

This motel is central to everything, safe and comfortable. I stay regularly because it suits my needs.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable and had all the necessary facilities for an overnight stay.

The bed was ok

We were kept awake all night by people calling out for Ryan in room 7, knocking on the door, coming and going and slamming the door at all hours through the night. We were very tired the next day when we had a long drive.

We had a different room on this stay and had a peaceful night.

The water wasn't very hot.

No towels. Dried myself with a face washer. Mowing lawns prior to 9am on a Sunday morning!

Great clean room with plenty of space. Room has been totally renovated.

Road noise as we were right on the road and the outside lights did not turn off during the night so the room was quite bright.

Location for our visit was good - close to RSL for meals, entertainment.

The Queen Bed in Rm 1 was awful. Hard as a rock...felt like a Masonite or pine board was inserted into the mattress. The gardens could use some maintenance. Quite a tired looking premises.

The room stunk of cigarettes. After I told them about it they just opened a window in the room. I asked for another room but told that I had the last one available. So I asked for a refund and was declined.I ended up having an asthma attack and my husband and I decided we could/would not be able to stay ( for my health) so we left and drove the 3 hour drive to home.Because of this we missed out on time with our grandchildren and daughter.We were also expecting breakfast at the motel as advertised on their site, only to be informed that was not possible.So total shit show from start to finish.I have been in contact with the place and they are just not accepting responsibility for any of our inconvenience.Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were friendly. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Good shower pressure. Great location, right by the lake where we saw an awesome sunset. Club across the road and local shops a short walk from motel. 5min drive from the shopping centre.

Parking lot 11 was blocked by another parked vehicle but not a big issue as there are 4 un numbered car spots. Family room was abit small, dining table too small for a family of 4 but all in all, was still a great room with no issues.

It is close to shops.The lady at reception was really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not clean the shower had marks all over the floor….the bathroom sink tap was filthy.There we’re no plates or bowls in the cupboard….I know I’m a solo traveller but one knife,one fork and one spoon is ridiculous. There was no washing up liquid to wash anything. The carpet was disgraceful. If I had a crawler or a toddler child, I would not stay there. I would not want them to be on the stained dirty carpet.The room could really use a remodel.

The location was central. I was able to book late at about 9.10pm. Even though they closed at 9pm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was pretty clean.

Very old room. No luggage holder. Road was a bit noisy.

The pool wasn’t clean in the morning but that’s because the wind from the night before. Was only given two towels when we had two adults and two kids stay with us.

Unclean. Air-conditioning full of mould. Mould in shower. Urine build up on / under toilet and seat. Stained settee. Stained towels. Very old and dated. Overpriced for very poor quality.

the pool was nice, the room was decent, balcony view was good

i wasn’t sure if it was cockroach or rat droppings but i found them in the cupboards.
