Toukley Motel

The bed was very comfortable. There was plentiful hot water in the shower and towels were plush. Bottled water, biscuits, jams and cereal were provided as well as lots of teabags etc. Air-conditioner worked well. The manageress was very helpful. It was a short drive to the shops.

Some more hanging space would have been appreciated or at least some more hooks in bathroom. A toilet roll holder and a plug for the sink were missing.

Location, price, convenience

Room was quite dusty and the drawers were dirty. 1 pillow even had a bed bug on it. Fortunately, I was able to sleep without getting bitten so the bed bug issue seems isolated.

Very reasonable price and good location.

Old decor

basic motel, but clean and comfortable.

It was clean and tidy and close to my event..Staff were friendly

The manager was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and it was nice to stay somewhere that still had some original features. The room was light and bright and well laid out.

The location was noisy as it was close to the road. There wasn't much ventilation. The shelf in the shower needed to be repaired

This place boasts an excellent location with convenient access to delicious dining options and stunning beaches nearby!

Everything is fantastic! The hotel staff truly go above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. It really enhances the entire experience!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Smelt strongly of cigarettes. Very musty and dust affected my allergies.

Good price and nice room. Conveniently close to the hotel across the street for the wedding inwas attending.

Although the room is small, but the room is biscuits, water, candy, coffee, red wine glasses, shower gel, microwave, small refrigerator and so on.

空调有点冷。。哈哈?

Was pleased by the extras, cereal spreads ect, the microwave was great for evening meals as I was travelling alone, all the extras in the bathroom were appreciated, cotton buds shampoos ect

There was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from vent in bathroom so had to keep door closed and kept putting exhaust fan on, not pleasant at all, im a non smoker

Thank you for your hospitality, we arrived early and was shown directly to the room by the lovely THeresa. The mattresses were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. It was a very easy process all around.

I stayed with my mum, she loved the soft pillows. I like them a bit firmer. We both thought the mattresses were great.

Location was very close to where I had to go

Small rooms, no cleaning daily

Liked how lovely and efficient the owner was.The room was clean and well stocked with stuff water bisc etc.

Comfortable bed, clean room & very clean bathroom. The kitchen area was also very tidy, I liked the variety of tea/coffee/hot chocolate & the little pack of cookies were nice to have with our coffee. We appreciated that the Air conditioner been switched on for us before our arrival, so the room was lovely & cool.

Only thing I thought was the air conditioner was abit loud when we were trying to sleep. So we just turned it off.

An older style motel however it was still really good and comfortable

Nothing. The owners were amazing and helped make my stay enjoyable

Convenient location, easy check in

Room smelled like cigarette 24/7, bedding had sand on it

I wasn’t in it long as I had a hens night, my partner stayed longer then me, but loved the cereals, milk, the fact I could watch my Netflix, good water pressure in shower

Nothing I didn’t like

Plenty of tea, coffee & sugar; breakfast cereals, and condiments were an excellent addition.
