The check in process

The cleanliness was appalling! The room looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed in months. There was a half bottle of Gatorade in a drawer with a receipt from 9 months prior and Empty wrappers under the bed. The shared bathroom was even worse.

The flexibility of staff to upgrade us to a bigger room when we discovered the intitially booked room was quite small and had not amenities (hence whyt it was really inexpensive). The upgraded room was great (and still affordable) and allowed us to dry out our wet motorcycling gear.

Staff were lovely friendly and helpful

No separate bathrooms or ladies toilet at night.No comfort,s like TV coffee tea or jug all need to be added I wouldn't mind paying more for them .I wouldn't stay or tell anyone else to stay there.

As expected, was a traditional motel/pub room. was functional and gave me a place to sleep at night. Travelled to Scone for work and just needed a bed.

Room had nothing apart from bed. Not even a kettle or a mirror. Also little cockroaches in room and smelt like urine. I was upstairs in the pub and there wasn’t even a shared kitchen so no microwave or fridge. Couldn’t even make breakfast or have a coffee in the morning. The only sink was in the shared bathrooms which were dirty and wasn’t even a basin so no where to sit your things apart from the dirty floor. The owner really needs to spend a bit of money on this joint or at least put a kettle,fridge and microwave in the rooms. Very disappointing.

Cheap, good pub meal, good location.

Mattress had terrible sag, needs replacing. Intermittent signal to digital TV, mate's TV in next room worked fine. One shower in gents needs attention.

Photos are fake on booking .com When we arrived to hotel they show us different rooms.They also said that booking.com using fake photos about our hotel.They are really friendly and helpful but my suggestion is don't trust booking .com Before you book anything with booking.com just double check

Nothing in the room but some beds and one chair, no TV no fridge nothing

friendly staff and good price, wheather was super hot and I was expecting air conditioning. I have missed out reading throught the booking while booking. other than that the rest was pretty fine.

Everything was nice easy find and the staff was awesome and nice and polite ? Other than that the rooms were nice big and clean and the beds were comfy as Kids loved it Only down for was the clubbing/DJ was very loud, bass vibration through the walls But what do you expect it is next to the pub Just wish they post it on here to give a bit of a heads up But yeah everything was good ??shops were close by too which was awesome lol

Absolutely DONT under any circumstances book this Hotel, I was absolutely shocked, the photos give you NO idea of what you are about to encounter, I have never in all my travels encountered a more dirty disgusting, scary, dive, The only thing positive was the poor guy behind the bar said he understood when I politely told him my daughter and I just couldn't stay and refunded our money no questions, Now I am definitely not known for being a super fussy person so be warned I WAS HORRIFIED!, I wouldn't let a pig stay in the place! Sorry but true! ????

Filthy, it stank, no tv, no air con slime running down the bathroom walls creepy dirty winding corridors broken furniture a terrible smell spider webs derelict stairways, omg I could go on and on, the place should be shut, I didn't see any rats but I guarantee they are there ?

First room ceiling fan didn't work; second room there was no way to keep the window open. It was very hot and no aircon.

It was quite a hot night but there was no air conditioner in the room there was a Ceiling fan but it did not work!I opened the only window to let some fresh air in however there was no fly screen on that window so there were mosquitoes and other bugs buzzing around the room all night the hotel backs onto the main railway line and there were freight trains and coal trains travelling on the line throughout the most of the night the noise was horrendous!

The music was so loud on Saturday night, with no one there, recommending reducing the rate when it’s that loud, or shutting it down if no one is there, the rooms need to be cleaned properly and your chef was horrible smoking and coughing on his hand and wiped it on his clothes was looking forward to dinner and after seeing that I no longer wanted dinner at you premises.

other than Saturday night with the music blasting and no patrons in, if your going to do this I would suggest doing a cheaper rate and make the guest aware of the loud music, I also recommend getting your chef to smoke some where else other than out the back where the rooms are, he was smoking and coughing and splattering on his hand and just wiped it in his clothes this turned me off and I never ate at your property, the room could have been cleaned better as it looked like the bedding gets changed and the dishes get rinsed nothing is wiped over properly as there was so much dust on the head board and skirts, the room snacks were out of date, the long life milk was on the bench in the heat, would have been a great stay other than these few issues

Needs more info on what you get for the rate you pay for a room, I thought I was getting a room out the back. But I got a room above the pub

The location was excellent.

The TV didnt work. There was a massive leak of water when you flushed the toilet.

Loud, need repairs

Alarms keeper going off nobody to contact at reception to turn them off, tv controllers not working, no management around to control the drunk guests who disrupted entire motel up until 3am in the morning

Really good central location, everything was within walking distance which was really good

The only problem we had was that all the smoke alarms are connected so if one goes off in one room they all go off and it seems they are quite sensitive as they kept going off while we where there

Noise from the disco I think it was called, way too loud if you have fooled staying so close to source, noticed hardly anyone at the pub listening…
