Gulgong Motel

only stayed one night as we do every year on our way to stay in Gilgandra. nice place to stay a bit pricey though for one night but like Gulgong.

the motel just suits our needs and is excellent.

Had cock roaches droppings under pill0w not very clean dirty bathroom not cleaned properly won't be back to this hotel

Great location, very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean, the AC worked well. Check in and check out was easy.

The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, so it smelled musty and mouldy.

The room was big with a king bed

No bowls, plates or glasses in the room. Was that to force guests to order breakfast from the motel? Some lights didn’t work. A very basic motel for high price charged. Too many basic maintenance issues not addressed.

Location was fine

Uncomfortable mattress, noisy and outside light shining through the window all night. Chewing gum at the front door and stuck to my shoes

Basic accommodation, comfortable enough, good bed and clean.

Microwave but no crockery bowls or plates or cutlery to eat with. No tea towel or dishwashing cloth or detergent. Had to make do.

Bedside lamp had no plug. Shower dripped and leaked into bathroom floor. Painting required in bathroom. Dead bugs in room. Inadequate supply of milk.

Convenient location. Updated room with comfy beds

The pool and spacious room.

No teaspoons or stirring sticks to stir coffee. Also the shower kept on changing to cold even though it was on hot.

Good, solid country motel. Easy walk into town. Clean. Did the job

No hot water, bathroom door would not shut, front door would not shut properly. We had to get crockery and cutlery from reception although ther was toaster and microwave in the room. Curtain torn, bedside lampshade torn.

The accommodation was fine due to the night rate

The toilet was blocked which made the room smell bad. Although staff unblocked it was still an issue after. The hotel was all booked out so we could not change rooms. No discount was offered due to the facility not being functional.
