The location and gentleman that checked us in were good. But even at half the price we were charged would still be a rip off for the room. Very disappointed got offered drugs by people there as well as the taxi driver

Was great that we could party downstairs than just go upstairs afterwards!

The lighting was horrible to get ready in, the room was dirty and a mark on back of door that looked like vomit.

Central location and accessible parking. Lift has been fixed Bistro was well priced and meals were goodCheckin and bar staff were friendly and an asset to the establishment

I liked the location of how it was within walking distance to shopping mall where could pick up a few things up also how comfy the bed was an ensuite was

The shower had no door water going everywhere other then that enjoyed my stay

Meal prices for wednesday night were exceptional & the staff, were all happy & gave good customer service.We liked the position of accomodation & that there was Off street parking Accommodation very reasonably priced for what it was. Would stay again

Close to shops and city centre

Floors uneven throughout 2nd floor - a danger for people with mobility issues, carpets dirty, hand basin blocked, shower screen missing so shower leaked into bathroom, not enough power points - had to disconnect tv to put on kettle, had to charge phone in bathroom, only 1 pillow each - no spares, no extra blankets.

That there was 1 pillow per bed and could put some spare blankets in the room as just incase it got coldand I woke frezzing

Gaps around door no fly screen rusty fridge dirty carpet smelly Boosie noise from most rooms on the 3rd floor now shower door. Overall disappointed.

Rooms needs renovation, bit old. Disappointed no direct access from car park to hotel.

The staff were great

First room had a fist hole in bathroom door.... Then I got a room change to a room with a shed lock on the outside of the door

Dirtiest place I've stayed at.

Extremely dirty, no proper parking, obsecure entrance. Broken sink, so, so dirty.

No lift & had to traverse multiple stairs to reach our room on the third floor. The pub was a night club & we had very loud music til 1.30 am

Good area. Good bar downstairs

No WiFi. No lifts. Little bit smelly WBC due to non usage. Car park far behind

Lift was u/S, big climb with suitcases to the 3rd floor.

Cheap

No secure parking. Absolute no go for motorcycles. Had to access via front door only with luggage. Old and crusty fitout. Location was poor, meth heads in the street. Hoons racing cars up and down the street most of the night. Not a comfortable feel
