Pros +
- Best shower of our trip. Unique and fun room lighting. Comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. Got to meet Mac the cat.
- The included breakfast was spectacular. Really good value. Continental or cooked or both! Two $10 vouchers for drinks.Discount on meals on site.Live music on Sunday. good stuff.
- The room was large, modern and well-appointed - loved the bathroom and the kitchenette. Nice decor! The lights were great.
Cons -
- Room faced onto the main road, but had good blackout curtains and sound didn't seem to be an issue.
- Noise from the road on the weekend was noticeable but not sleep interrupting, just a minor irritation.
- The proximity to a main road meant there was quite a bit of road noise; if I stayed again I'd look for a room not fronting the road (if there was one).

Value for money. Good restaurant on site and breakfast included.
Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
Room 2 was very quiet, has a good view of the evening sky. The Macquarie Hotel (motel is attached to it) provides fantastic breakfast. Room 2 is good size for 3 people. Good parking.
Nothing we didn't like.
Was clean and tidy, and had the facilities we needed. Loved that we also got discounts for dinners and drinks with our stay.
Staff could have been friendlier, especially during the breakfast serving and could I suggest providing face washers.
good clean room, pub nearby had good food & service
bit noisy of a night due to main street and people walking by
The location was great very close to shopping centre and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast and 10% off meals was appreciated.
The beds were not made when we returned to our rooms. We had to request face washers and tissues. The shower could have been cleaner.
Fantastic staff. Above and beyond service. Really friendly welcome. Botanical gardens and adventure playground just across the road. Would stay again.
Nothing. It was great.
Customer service was great. Room was clean . Great location .
Nothing . Will be back if we come back to dubbo for sure .. very good location next to everything .
Close to shops Great location
I didn't like how the maintenance lady just walked on in our room than straight to the bathroom without knocking first .
Very good
Breakfast options could have been better, have to wait for plates and the food to be reloaded.
Clean and comfortable family room stay. Food at the pub next store tasty and breakfast next morning hits the spot.
Would be great if you could buy real coffee with breakfast.
The room size was nice and big for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pub next door was very lively and good place to chill. Good location close to shops and not too far from the zoo.
The TV wasn’t able to stream Netflix or anything. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were trying to stay away from just watching TV. It needed a firmware update that we couldn’t do ourself.
Beds were comfortable.
There was just 1 tiny soap. For that price at least include shampoo, conditioner.
Parking right opposite the door, terrace with a view, clean beds and bathroom. Restaurant had many food options.
Breakfast times were not clearly stated. On the Easter Monday, we went to the restaurant for breakfast around 0900am, they had already started removing food items at 0900, said they close at 0930. Next morning on Tuesday, we went there at 0855, they had already closed, said they close at 0900 am. They did not tell us on Monday that breakfast closes at 0900am. Nowhere inside the room or on the booking email was the breakfast time stated. So for Tuesday, we had to find some place outside for breakfast and coffee (went to Coffee Club nearby).
The rooms great no issue there
Value for money we were told it comes with a full buffet breakfast and all the had was bacon , baked beans , boiled sausages and over cooked hash browns white bread and wholemeal and 3 types or cereal and tea and coffee there was no eggs an either day of our stay they said it was because off the egg shortage but there was plenty in store as we ordered a burger at lunch and we paid extra $2 for an egg so they had eggs they just didn’t want to provide them also there was a lady who was vegetarian and there was no options for her to have breakfast other than some toast no fruit or pastry’s of any kind next time I’ll pop not to have the breakfast and go else where
Location was great - right across the Japanese gardens! The bistro and pub on site was busy and had a good vibe.
Everything was very exceptional from a comfy bed and pillows, nice big shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water, air conditioned rooms, free breakfast cooked to perfection, playground for young kids and a pool right outside our bedroom everything was great!!
Location, included buffet breakfast, free drinks on arrival, helpful courteous staff.
