Cleanliness.

No bedside light. nothing to put your luggage on. Tiny table and chairs, unsuitable for elderly people advertised courtyard and sitting area was the dog excersise area with a wood bench. no coffee mugs. not worth --- dollars.

There was no breakfast. Kitchenette was greaat.

The auto key dispenser seemed a bit dodgy. On my third attempt it released the key.

Rooms are big enough to have a comfortable stay, even slightly bigger than expected. Everything was clean and tidy. In all honesty the quality of the place is very good, especially for the affordable prices. Definitely would come back.

Car park could improve. Not enough spots for the number of rooms. Not a big problem though, since you can simple park on the street in front of the motel and the area doesn't seems dangerous in any way.

24 hour check in, pet friendly and had its own pet friendly yard. The room itself is quite big and the bed very comfy. Bathroom was generously sized

Good location, easy after hours check in with the machine.

Not very clean, mould build up in the sink and shower, shower head was broken. Way overpriced because it's in Dubbo. Next time I'll drive a bit further and stay in Parkes which has much nicer motels for the same price.

I found 2 cockroaches in the bedroom, close to the door. They probably came in under the door as the room was clean, but the experience was not nice. I recommend better insulation.

Good price. Easy parking. Clean and tidy. Easy self check in and key return processes. Basic kitchenette works well. Bathroom has been renovated. Good Thai restaurant nearby (walking distance).

No bedside table on one side of the bed. No bedside lamps at all. No dimmer style lighting. It’s basic accommodation. You get what you pay for here. Okay for a single night stopover stay on a budget. Bed should be upgraded in terms of comfort level and size to at least Queen.

Bed was very comfortable and a short walk across the road to a great Thai restaurant.

The shower needed maintenance and so did the room.

Steps up are quite narrowCold tap in shower does not close off properly-rather it goes beyond off point to blast cold water on you when tap turned to right

Smells nice, tidy and the kitchen has a stove and pot and pan strainer. I can make actual meals it's really such a great place and so reasonably priced

It was a fairly comfortable stay, good location and easy access, easy to check in, no hassle.

No shampoo and body wash, like the containers were not checked for refill prior to our stay and reception was always closed, no easy contact to get a hold of to sort out any issues like that. Carpark is tight. Flight of stairs is the only way up or down, difficult with little kids. Wifi was terrible, could not load anything once connected.

Super quiet location but so close to shopping, cafes, park and gallery.

Lumpy pillows and mattress/ base combo could be given update but overall it was quite adequate for our travel weary bodies.

It was ok, a bit noise.

Shower head could be better, it was dripping all night

Very practical and clean - perfect for a pit stop with our dog on a drive from Melbourne to Brisbane. Room was clean and motel was in a great location.

Enclosed area for dogs is a bit disconnected from the room but great that there is an outdoor area nonetheless!

The room was good as it had a kitchenette with cook top allowing us to cook a meal rather than eating out as we had visited the zoo all day and wanted to come back to a home cooked meal.

Although we had a hiccup with the TV, Leah went above and beyond to rectify it.

All our needs were met.

TV was not working, rang the motel number and within 20 mins Leah was there helping to fix the problem. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were so helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Laundry facilities on sure at very reasonable price. I can pack less for next time.
