Bathrooms and shower where dirty. There was chewed up chewing gum stuck to my shower tap

No running water apart from the toilet. Toilet door broken,mold in bathroom. Unpleasant smell. Needs a refurb

Room was desperately in need of renovation and a good clean.Being kept awake all night by guests in the next room having loud conversations, playing music and smoking outside our room.

Bathroom was disgusting. Shower leaked badly. Water sprayed shower pivot door up to 400mm from base of the door. Black mould around base of glass and up to 200mm high. Corners of door at base very bad. As the water settles in base frame of door it overflows onto bathroom tiles and then runs to the floor waste. Also pivot door doesn’t fit properly which adds to the wet bathroom floor tiles when shower in use. Cupboard between vanity and shower is rotten at base with large hole evident. Mould is a health hazard and wet bathroom tiles a potential physical risk. Also, front window doesn’t lock. Foxtel sign out front remains but no Foxtel in room. Walk-ins would be disappointed that Foxtel advertised but not in their room. My wife and I occupied room #4. Could not discuss with owner as not in office at 8:00am this morning-this was advertised start time on reception door. I took a video but cannot locate it at present.

Good location, close to CBD. Upgraded rooms have been done since I stayed last. Bed was comfortable but BYO pillow. Good shower pressure.

It smelt clean but there was hair (not mine) all over the bathroom. The AC remote didn’t match the unit so you could only switch in on or off at the wall- no temp or mode changes. Pillows were FLAT! The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower! Water goes everywhere.Cigarette butts littered the car park and in front of the rooms. Just not a nice feel.

The staff at front reception were wonderful. Bed was comfy. Table in the room was great for eating.

Some things hadn't been cleaned. Things were functional but broken. There was a lot of rubbish around in trollys at the back of the buildings and in the outside bins. The window into the room had been left open.

Room though old was well maintained and clean. Cleaning was better than some 5star.

Very noisy neighbours...consider Motel being used for long term/social housing tenants?? This isnt conducive if not abiding by rules of Motel thus putting travellers requiring reasonable sleep risking safety when travelling in our roads.Stated breakfast was available this isn't the case.Outside area requires attention to retain standard. Removal of vandalised vehicles ...

the location was really quiet , close to town ,everything we needed within a few minutes drive ?

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, crisp clean linen. Being just off the main road meant it was in a quiet area. There was a microwave in addition to the jug and toaster. Perfect for an overnight stay. Good value at $115 /night.

Beds were very comfy.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was a Hungry Jack's burger still in the microwave that looked like it had been there for over a month. Bathroom shower sprayed all over the toilet. Due to the rust on the shower head, this has been happening for some time. TV remote no battery cover, batteries kept falling out.

The location was good and the air conditioner worked.

The smoke alarm had been removed and not replaced, this is illegal. There was one glass and one teaspoon - for 2 people?! The milk in the fridge was out of date. The window didn't lock and had obviously been broken into before. There was no towel rail in the bathroom, as it had come off and not been replaced. No hair-dryer even though it was listed as an inclusion. The towels were threadbare and stained, very disgusting. The freezer needed defrosting badly. The shower was a dribble and barely any hot water. I will never stay there again! It was basically disgusting all round. It certainly appeared that the owner/manager doesn't care and the cleaners either have no idea or are just incredibly lazy. I don't usually complain but in this instance I just have to. I paid a premium rate due to a big event in town and little accommodation available. It was highway robbery!! My advice, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Close to town

We has to ask for the shower to be repaired as it wasn’t working which was fixed. My son had to return a towell to reception which had poo stains. Numerous issues with stained bedding and bathroom door and vanity were falling apart
