Comfort Inn Dubbo City

The manager was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me out.

There wasn't a breakfast even though it was listed, but the room amenities worked well with the food I had with me. It worked for what I needed

Location was the best thing of this stay.

First room had no hot water (actually no water at all for this tap) in the shower. Manager said it was a bad washer?? Moved to another room & the beds were not comfortable. No cutlery at all in rooms either.

Old school hospitality - comfy beds and warm room essential in the middle of winter

Clean beds and easy check-in. Friendly staff, great location

Old window AC made a massive racket at night in 'Heat' mode. Every 15 minutes or so, it would kick back into action with a metal thumping noise. My second time at this property in the last 10 months. ACs have been a problem both times

The place is bit dated. The AC didn't work. Couldn't turn the temperature low. Strange smell of chemicals in the room.

strong chemical smell and not working AC.

Rooms were very clean which is most important to us. Ours was double room which was very spacious.

Probaby the mattress needs updating and furnishings as well.

Friendly and prompt staff, room smelt freshly cleaned, shower was a good size and good water pressure. Fine location for highway driving, price was reasonable

Easy to access and plenty of food options close by.

Slow wifi but useable.

Friendly lady on reception, all amenities in the room, microwave etc. no complaints. Short walk to town.

Nothing. All good

Handy location

Rooms very tired but clean. Bed was comfortable

BATHROOM NEEDS A TOTAL MAKEOVER TOILET SEAT WAS SO FLIMSY THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN DONT DROP ANTHING DOWN THE SIDE OF THE VANITY IT WILL NEVER BE SEEN AGAIN BOTTOM OF SHOWER DOOR YUCK. ALL THE YEARS TRAVELLING FIRST PLACE EVER NOT TO HAVE A HAIR DRYER.

ROOM IT SELF WAS OK.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Tight parking spaces

Very clean, good location. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom.

Limited things in the kitchenette. Toaster but no plates or cutlery etc.

Very poor

The air conditioner was so noisy we could not sleep at night with it on. The a/c unit outlet from the unit above dripped straight down onto our one so we had to purchase ear plugs to get to sleep, it was a constant loud fast drip as it was dropping from a storey above and hitting the steel box of our old a/c unit. The fridge was only a small chest size and you had to ask for crockery and cutlery which was not as advertised.

Every thing was close and with in walking distance was very clean and comfortable

Nothing to complain about

GrI at location good price fir just needing to sleep

The motel needs to be more secure.I had the experience of being woken up at 1am with someone sleeping and possibly drunk or on drugs outside my door wanting to be let in.Was not game to go outside. I needed to leave early in morning at 530am but reception was not contactable and had to ring police but eventually was able to get recording to answer and gone and move person on.Did not feel safe at all.

We were able to gain early entry to our room, which was extremely helpful as we had been to the zoo and just wanted to relax. We were able to have a shower, get settled in before heading out for dinner that night.

I can't actually comment on what I didn't like. Maybe add a mini milk to the fridge so a coffee or tea could be had using the tea and coffee provided.

THe lo ation of fine, the room was clean although it is quite dated. Lighting is OK. Staff are good although wwe did not have much interaction with them.

The room is quite dated although well maintained. THe only window is the large window next to the entry door. As this room is on the ground floor and near the steps to the upper level, it feels a little exposed to have the curtains open so the room is quite dark.

Near fast food places and nice staff

Mould in bathroom and boiling hot water taps in the sink were hotter then the shower temp

Separate room for the kids, location

Pool was unfortunately out of order
