Quality Inn Dubbo International

Great location, virtually opposite the zoo and five minutes drive from the centre of town. Very nice rooms, refurbished in a relaxing, modern style.

Food was disappointing, ordered poached eggs and avocados on toast for breakfast about $24.00 - the avocado was not ripe and the eggs were over-poached. I was given a free coffee as a result but it would make me doubt other items on the menu.

The room was clean and comfortable and a king sized bed ,very roomy. It was close to the event I was attending and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend staying there and very affordable.

Extremely disappointed

Cleanliness of room! Was moved to 3 different rooms. First room had plastic satchels and rubbish in bathroom drawers. 2nd room had a mirror on table not hung on wall, balcony door was open and there was a plastic water bottle containing a brown liquid and cigarette butts on the outside verandah near the opening of door. 3rd room had blood stains on curtains. Didn't feel, look or smell clean and didn't actually feel safe.

The staff. They tried really hard to make up for the poor accommodation.

Cleanliness. Disgusting. No service or make up of from - forgot ?. Bathrooms- literally terrible. Noisy aircon. Windows that don’t close. Dirty microwave. Broken fly screens- eaten by. Mosquitos for 3 nightsBad old beds and linen. Curtains didn’t close No tv reception

WiFi slow and Drops out left an expensive macbook charger no call to let me know

WiFi is slow and DROPS out all the time, left my Macbook charger they never bothered to call me, I would have been able to pick it up, now I need to buy a new one $75. They power pits are HIDDEN behind the bed, meaning you miss them when you do the 2nd and 3rd check of have I left anything behind.

Nothing very old needs a good renovation in most rooms.

TERRIBLE WiFi, bad connections always drooping out SLOW speeds was like the year 2000.Years ago I left a shirt in a motel they CALLED me straight away kept it I picked it up, I NEED my laptop charger if this is the standard for business travelers I will NEVER stay here again terrible service but they say they are a local small business and want us to support them, BUT THEY DON'T give GOOD SERVICE in return. Food in restaurant is dreadful now compared to a couple of years ago, last visit was inedible but I paid and NEVER complained, wanting to support a local business. NOW I see that loyalty is NOT REPAID to us their customers. They NEVER called me to let me know I have just found out late at might in Bathurst as I need the charger I could have easily picked it up before I left Dubbo ZERO customer service for serious business travelers. LOTS of smokers stay there, smelly even in the rooms.

The location.

Couldn't get the wifi going and the front desk wasn't helpful. The shared table in the room was dirty. The drop box for the keys was opened and all the keys were scattered on the floor.

Room size wasn't too bad, it overlooked the golf course. Location was good.

The mattress was too soft and sunk in the middle, when you rolled to the edge it felt like you were sleeping on the side of a hill. The shower was very small and leaked. People smoking outside their rooms and on the balcony next door and above us, with the smoke coming through our open bathroom window. We couldn't reach the bathroom window to close it. There weren't enough power points in the room. To boil the kettle, had to put the kettle on the floor. Had to get on my hands and knees to find the kettle, cups and glasses.

We loved the food at the restaurant, the staff were lovely, the rooms were neat and tidy and comfortable

The bed

Continental breakfast available but no where to plug in kettle or toaster, power points blue tacked to the wall behind the bed and the one tv stand inaccessible. Shower leaked and bathroom door jammed, no exhaust fan in bathroom. All very disappointing as not what advertised

We had a 1 bedroom king bed suite which was a great size, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen,dining table and lounges. Also had a small seating area outside overlooking the tennis court. Lovely quiet room away from traffic noise, 50m walk to the Golf Club and very central for sightseeing and shops. We could also park right outside our door. We would stay here again.

Even though the bedroom and lounge room had air conditioners, I found the bedroom one hard to adjust to the right temp and really think a ceiling fan in the bedroom would make it more comfortable. The pillows could be better.

Large room with good amenities. Good shower pressure. Clean and basic for one night.

Shower leaked. The TV was the size of a computer monitor and not a smart TV. No room service for breakfast at the moment.

We arrived one hour after check in time ,went to the room and it was not made up.! Very disappointing but quickly given another room on same level.
