Spacious self contained unit

I liked the central location of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the layout of my room. The access to it, the bed, the whole set up.

I needed to wrap some presents. I went down to the front desk to borrow scissors. I wrapped the presents in the foyer, which appeared quite dusty.

I asked if I could check in early and got told that it was fully booked. I stayed opn Saturday night and it did not appear to be that busy.

Excellent location and very comfortable.

It’s a little dated, but value for money is excellent.

location is convenient, carpark secured and covered. Reception staff has always been polite and courteous. We always stop at Quest Dubbo each time we travel interstate as the rooms have always been up to our standards of "clean."

The service from the staff was excellent. I travel a lot all over the world and I can say this is by far the most friendliest service I have ever received.

The tv was very inconvenient. I've never been to a place where you can't simply sign into your netflix account on the tv. We had to share it from our device to the screen and often it kept signing out so we had to redo it constantly. Very annoying when you're trying to relax and keep the kids entertained. We also couldn't flix through the movies on the tv.

Great location close to shops and club. Good size rooms and were given a room upgrade

Location was great, room very clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodation for an early check in also.

Room 212B was clean and well presented. Concierge staff were well presented, helpful and pleasant. Were apologetic due to issues I experienced with WIFI and Hot water not working.

WIFI was unstable when used for work. Had poor slow performance with WIFI and a few dropouts. WIFI did not work for the supplied entertainment on TV. Netflix and other streaming channels would not work due to no internet connection. Biggest issue was the "Hot water" system not working and it caused delays for my morning departure for my conference for the following day. Considering I chose Quest Dubbo as the premium accommodation for this area, and having only stayed overnight at the rate I paid, these basic facilities should have been working.

The air conditioner filters had not been cleaned so they weren’t cool and a fire hazard so we cleaned them ourselves. It was dirty, don’t think it had been vacuumed or wiped down, there were brown dribble stains down the bathroom door and bedside tables had something spilt down the front of them. It had curtains hanging off the railings and when I opened the window sill had paint peeling off it and dirty. Outside of the room the hallways are dirty and dated and in need of repair and the lift was dirty. Definitely not worth $599/night

Didn’t have breakfast but the location is close to many restaurants and cafes.

Nothing to complain about I enjoyed my stay at Quest my room was the highlight for me.

Secure carpark. The room was clean with a good kitchenette. The room swap (2nd room) had a large smart tv that was a nice touch. The staff are always helpful and polite.

The bed had me almost rolling off the side. Couldn't use the centre of the bed as the mattress base was protruding. Management swapped me to another room which was just a slight improvement. In both rooms mattresses are in need of replacement. Price is the high end of the market so expectation is to have a high end product.

The room was spacious, tidy, easy to get to with air conditioning.

Only some minor things that can be easily improved. - The stereo was old with no Bluetooth. - The room level lobby area (level 1) lacked ventilation and/or air conditioning. - The bed mattress was tolerable

The lovely lady at reception (Nina??) went above and beyond in every way. She called me the evening before my trip to let me know that my special requests could be met. She went out of her way to ensure this. When I arrived, she called me by my name welcoming me even though she didn't know who I was. She assured me that I could ask for anything if needed until 10pm when she finished. The hotel is very handy to the RSL and Indian restaurant across the road.

All good but a paper-based version of the hotel facilities would be nice.

It's location was the best feature.

It was overpriced for a Quest apartment. Facilities were 3 Star with a 5 star price. It was meant to be a reduced special price, but it was really just a reduced service. We arrived in 35-degree temp, and the air con had not even been put on, with a note on the remote saying min 21 degrees....CHEAP!It was poorly cleaned also.
