Nice large and clean room. Good location and lots of parking. Friendly staff. There was a pool on site but we didn't use it.

Really, the only issue I had was the individual lights over each bed user. They were very bright, enough to light up the entire room! Perhaps a lower wattage globe would be better?

Location was good for me as it was close to where I needed to be.

Some of the other people staying at the motel were quite noisy, but that is not the motel’s fault. Bed was really soft and squishy, but the room was nice.

Tap on sink broken, shower seal half pulled out, door wouldn't shut, air conditioner dripping inside all over the bench,lounge needed cleaning.

Bathroom recently renovated, rooms serviced every day, good kitchenette with microwave and toaster, comfy beds, Japanese restaurant on site, laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Furniture and fittings quite old - given the bathroom has been renovated I’m wondering if the room will soon be renovated.

King bed was super soft. The room could do with a reno but still quite comfortable and by no means dirty or run down, just a little tired.

Everything. Where do I even start? DO NOT STAY HERE.This place was absolutely disgusting from the moment we arrived. The room was filthy, so bad that I had to lay towels down just to walk or use the shower. I genuinely gagged while brushing my teeth. The condition of the room was nothing like the photos or description on Booking.com, false advertising at its finest.It turns out the property is shared with long-term rentals, and let’s just say it didn’t feel safe. On our first day, there were fights right outside, and that night the police showed up, three paddy wagons and two patrol cars. The following day, the cleaner told us someone from one of those units had stolen her master key, so she was replacing it. Unbelievable.The pool? Unusable. Dirty and clearly not maintained. The so-called “Italian restaurant and bar” mentioned online? Doesn’t exist. There’s only a Japanese restaurant. False advertising again.The reception area smells so bad I couldn’t even stand to be in there. When I tried to raise these concerns with a staff member, she laughed under her breath at me, while I was expressing concerns for my children’s safety. Her response? “They’ll be fine.” Really? The police being there says otherwise.The fridge in our room leaked and stank. I reported it, no one came to check. The smell by evening was horrific. As for the kitchenette, they give you a toaster, microwave, etc., but everything was filthy. There was nowhere to clean the dishes, and when housekeeping came, they didn’t even clean or replace anything. Dirty dishes just left behind.This place is a nightmare. Unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented online.Booking.com, you need to remove this listing. It’s a disgrace to your platform.DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Clean and had everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights and they gave us housekeeping services after the first night. Central location.

One lamp did not work. Sliding door needed putting back on its runner.

Very comfortable beds great shower water hot & great water pressure had very thing needed only thing the lights over queen bed & one single not working

The staff at the motel were more than friendly, they were authentically caring and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Everything worked! Which is always a bonus to have functioning TV and AC. Overall, it was a good base for our stay in Dubbo.

If I had to be picky, the one thing I didn’t like was the position of the reading lights above the bedhead. But that’s all.

The fridge was in a dangerous position, the toilet seat was loose and way too small and the bed was hard to sleep in.

Good location, good parking, large shower

Bed was broken/uncomfortable. Found a pill on the floor not from us, toilet roll holder broken, bed broken felt like we were sleeping downhill, cupboard door broken. Lady at the front desk looked inconvenienced by us wanting to check in at 3pm. Drilling into wall or floor upstairs before 8am

Marks on carpets and walls, old bathroom , floor did not feel clean for my young children to crawl around on the floor
