I didn’t like anything the shower was covered in mold the exhaust fan was completely covered and buildup in dust the lounge was absolutely disgusting the pool absolutely disgraceful full of leaves and not clean everything about the place was wrong

Nothing will never stay there again and will never tell anybody to stay there

Handy location and reasonably priced.

Furniture in bathroom needs repairs or replacement.

Twice as good as previous night in Orange. Twice the size.

No breakfast, despite advertised in room information folder. Visiting sick relative in Dubbo until after 7pm which was after menu (non-existent) deadline.

Large room and second bedroom. Comfy bed and good pillows.

Having crockery and cutlery is an advantage over other, pricier accommodation. The bathroom was modern. The shower was good.

Location was fine, not in the main road

Room has a stale smell and odour of sewage gas from water waste pipes. The window was key locked and could not be opened. The fixed pane of the window was severely cracked and would fall out if pressure applied ( VERY HAZARDOUS). Only seen the reception at check in , reception unattended in check out.

Quiet location. Great to have some basic cutlery and crockery, toaster, little sink, so we could have a basic breakfast using own ingredients. Easy parking. It was clean. Friendly owners who gave good recommendation for evening meals. Stayed in a family room, great to have a bedroom with 3 single beds and main bed in main room.

Have been staying here for years, last time was 4 years ago and this time things were looking dated. Big dark stain on the carpet, smelly room (drains perhaps?). Woke up feeling sore and with a headache as the beds were really hard. Would recommend bringing a mattress topper if you like any softness in a mattress.

Quiet and central location. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all that was needed for our stay.

We found the accommodation was quite satisfactory and no issues to report.

We made our own breakfast. It was very well set out in the room. Nice & handy to things. It is in a very quiet area.

It was a great location within walking distance of all areas in the CDB. It was reasonably quiet when one considers Bourke Street runs into the highway.
