The room needed maintenance especially the sliding door to shower toilet

Large pet friendly room. Cooking facilities.

Traffic extremely loud.Banging and loud noise from upstairs unit during the day. Sounded like renovation work. Noise stopped but then recommenced about 9pm through to almost 12pm.

It was spacious even with the kids, and I loved having a full kitchen to use in the room. Beds were comfortable. Even close to the road, the noise was minimal. Can't wait to stay again.

Stinky smell when we checked in . As per staff, it may be due to cleaning chemicals. Haven’t open the windows and doors for a longer time to adjust to the unpleasant smell. Family wasn’t happy

Toilet facility door was not good, they can improve to give hand wash, body wash .....

Good location, friendly staff. Facilities were comfortable and met our needs.

There were no sheer curtains on either of our windows, so it mean the windows were usually kept closed for privacy and meant it felt quite dark. A sheer curtain would allow you to have the internal walkway facing window open and the balcony too.

Good sized room. Plenty of space to sleep 4 adults. Has a medium-sized fridge and a kitchen sink. Crockery and cutlery supplied.

The managers went above & beyond the duties. The place was clean & tidy .. I had car trouble & the manager helped me a lot. They were friendly & curtious.

Traffic going past, but didn't disrupt my sleep too much..

Fantastic facilities, the room was very clean and fresh. Was a very comfortable stay. The kitchenette was a real winner for us! Absolutely amazing to see! Staff were great and it was great to stay at!

Like a home. Spacious. Full size beds. Comfy. Good TV Full kitchen with big fridge. Wifi was good. Parking could have been better and closer to room. Friendly staff.

Shower was weak.

Staff very helpful, the battery in my car died,they found a local business that came and got me on the road again in an hour!

Pet friendly and close to parks and walks. Good sized rooms and a workable kitchenette.

Not enough parking, Had to park on the street. staff not helpful people, quiet rude lady in morning smoking not in office. smoking in area not far from my window so it filters in...

No smoking signs everywhere but the manager’s smoking below our room meant our room filled with cigarette smoke

Room was large , big fridge I liked. Good value I'd stay again.

Bathroom functional but very compact n small

Well located, short drive to centre. Quiet room. Good kitchen.

Very tiny bathroom for family room. Property needs a "refresh" generally, paint off in several areas in room (cupboards pulled out), not enough storage space.

Like the old showerheads with great water pressure - then this place rocks. The family room was excellent and plenty roomy for all of us. The kitchenette was fantastic! Parking was easy - as was location. After hours access was REALLY simple - great comms from the motel. Room was clean, lots of equipment and utensils ready to use. If you are looking for affordable accommodation especially all those ATHLETICS families then this was great - and we have tested MANY out in Dub Vegas. Definitely would stay again or recommend if anyone asked.

We were sad we arrived 10 minutes after the pool shut, we would have loved a dip, but at the same time we get that there has to be a time to shut it down, but in the heat (especially a big athletics weekend meet), it would have been nice to extend the hours. The Newell highway is close by and you can hear traffic BUT we just put on our trusty rain sounds and slept away - it really isn't that big of a deal ! Some people might say the bathroom was tiny given its a family room - but hey THE PRICE and LOCATION were GREAT and really that's a small thing in the great scheme of things!
