The bed was amazing. The overall look of the motel could do with a freshen up.

Restaurant was closed and stairway close to office was dirty.

Ki g sized bed a fridge and toaster,brick wall for noise reduction.

The lovely warm room bed and heating as we got there late and it was very cold.Wedding 0

There was no light bulbs in the lamps so bright until bedtime.

Beds were clean

There was a screw head sticking up in the bathroom that would have been from a missing door stopper. which hurt my daughters foot. Needs to be removed. Furniture chairs were dirty need cleaningLollie papers under the beds shows need for vacuuming. Bedside light didnt work. Very tired room.

Recommend, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a motel. Very clean and tidy, nicely decorated, conveniently located, and friendly staff.

Put photos of the pool on the website and be honest about it. Electric kettle was dirty. Already damaged items in the room should be told to guests upfront on checkin. No main stay staff at the front desk

Not a lot

The rooms were dingy with very inadequate lighting. There was no overhead lighting except for the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom was dirty. When we opened the curtains the next morning we discovered that everything was coated in a fine layer of dust.

Bed was uncorfortable, room smelled like stale urine. Rooms were basic, and desperately in need of some care and attention. Outside was much the same the ground need some love

I liked the location of the hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. The bathroom door lock was jammed and someone came up quickly to fix it. To the gentleman who did, thank you. I am sorry I did not get your name. When my son went down to get something for the splinters in his hands, he was helped promptly with tweezers and a needle.

The outside of the room was very dusty. There could be better lighting. Also, there were stained mugs and an electric kettle that looked worse for wear. Not deal-breakers, but these small things add up.

The room was very dated, dark and depressing. You could see some of the rooms had been renovated, so this is on their plans , pool was dirty with a dog shut with in the confines.
