    Pros +

    • Location
    • Clean spacious and comfortable
    • The space in the cabin was good. The water park was great, my daughter really enjoyed swimming in the pool and sliding down the water slide.

    Cons -

    • Kids diving and bombing into the pool was a problem and there was no staff around monitoring the pool. The parents of the kids bombing into the pool weren't watching them.
    • Husband couldn't sleep the first night as the water pipe made a constant noise throughout. We ended having to turn the water valve off to the toilet every night which solved the problem. Also, a minor thing was that the air con struggled to cool the tent in the middle of the day during summer but this was kind of expected being in a tent.
    • Accessibility cabin was not fully accessible with plates, cups glasses and bowls in the high cupboards and disabled traveller's wanting to be independent would find this hard. There is no real decent pathways that can safely be accessed by wheelchair safely I struggled in my wheelchair to access areas and I had no access to the pool to help get in and out

This was our first glamping experience and our first time staying in a holiday park. Our kids enjoyed the waterslide, heated pool and the inflatable bouncy mat the most. The glamping tent was a unique experience and something we would recommend.

Husband couldn't sleep the first night as the water pipe made a constant noise throughout. We ended having to turn the water valve off to the toilet every night which solved the problem. Also, a minor thing was that the air con struggled to cool the tent in the middle of the day during summer but this was kind of expected being in a tent.

The Water park and the pools were amazing for the kids! The cabins nice and comfortable and very close to the zoo!

The cabin we chose to stay in was spacious and comfortable . Despite the park being busy at the time it was still quiet. Onsite food van was a great bonus .

The lack of cleanliness let the stay down . Kitchen floor had some sort of sticky spill from entrance doorway to kitchen area . The toilet showed obvious signs of previous use . Shower base didnt look like it had been cleaned recently.

Loved the pool and the size of the cabin.

The cabin needed the cobwebs removed from inside . And there was stuff left in the dish washer, which was a bit yuk. I know that guests should clean up their own stuff but a quick check of the dishwasher wouldn't't go astray.

Excellent location close to the zoo. Great safari tent. Warm and comfortable. Fun pool area and splash park.

    Older style pool area.

Well set up in cabins, everything one needed. Clean and plenty of space in the cabins. Premises secure and well set out for families in caravans too. Close to zoo and shops.

Maybe check the kitchen items such as the little stove in cabin as needed maintenace.

When we arrived on a cold day, the cabin heater had been turned on prior so we walked in to a lovely warm cabin. The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable.

    Everything was wonderful

It’s ok. Room and bathroom looks clean.

But wifi can’t connect. Fail. Try many times. And plastic bow not clean a lot oil. I used only coffee cups, glass.

Great facilities, close to the zoo

Couch in deluxe cabin unable to be sat on due to being so degraded.

Super comfortable beds. Caraban Park is located right near Dubbo zoo. Good security fence at caravan park. Good price.

The location & the general facilities were excellent, particularly the pool and playground for the kids.

The cabin was worn and unclean in some areas. The vertical blinds to the main sliding door were missing vertical slats and so the camping sites across the way could see straight into the cabin. The globe to the balcony light was also blown and so we could not sit outside to eat dinner after dark.

Close to Zoo, kids loved the water park, 3 bedroom cabin was spacious. Very quiet.

It was very dirty. My kids and I had pitch black feet within an hour of arrival after walking in the cabin. It was gross considering I have little kids who play on the floor. The fans were covered in thick dust, the shower taps in both bathrooms were covered in soap scum and other people’s hair, the toilet flush buttons really need a scrub to remove all the brown/green stains. Our front screen door was broken and couldn’t be closed to lock which made it quite unsafe for my 2 toddlers if we wanted airflow in the cabin. There was no wifi although advertised and the tv channels were terrible. I was not impressed by how the staff stated this on arrival, it was a very blunt, mechanical, “the parks wifi is not operational but if you have your own, you will be fine”. I would have booked elsewhere if I’d known there would be no wifi.

Pool and water park were great, kids loved the jumping pillow.

The cabin appeared neglected was old and outdated , carpet was dirty, lino was ripped. The toilet and bathroom were clean but the rest of the cabin was grimy. Very dusty there was hair on the extra blankets. The fan in the bedroom was hardly worth turning on. Bedside tables had rings from previous occupants drinks.

Great place for our needs. Cabin was very spacious, clean and comfortable beds too. Staff helpful when checked in and recommendations of things to do in Dubbo.

The water park and pool the kids loved

We got a superior cabin expecting more !! it was dirty holes in Lino, dirty walls, dirty old carpet, old lounge, was so dusty and cobwebs it needs a good deep clean We also stayed Easter weekend being a kid friendly park would have expect some kind of fun Easter hunt for the kids I was disappointed !!
