Never saw any staff at all No milk Should not advertise on site restaurant

The property is everything you would expect from a motor inn / motel. Parking available. Staff were practically unseen. Obtained keys that was basically just a handover. No checking of ID or anything. Room was basic but comfortable. Location was close to everything.

Good big room with a good bed and all the facilities we needed.

From check in to check out the staff and room were excellent. They have got us as return customers.

The only thing was the shower. My wife was speaking to the owner and was told that is the one common complaint.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The pull out sofa bed was lumpy and stained. My daughter slept on top of the lounge instead.

Quiet and clean. Good smart TV with Netflix.

Too far from town - you need a car otherwise you’ll have to catch a cab. The lighting was dim and depressing. Reception was unattended the whole time I was there, you had to call somebody to get the Wifi password. No milk in the fridge.

The room was clean and a good size.

Was disappointed there was no milk supplied for hot drinks.

Basic motel, clean rooms and friendly staff, all you need from a motel.

It was well set out. The shower was lovely.

Just needs a lip in the shower to stop the water from spilling onto the bathroom floor.

No staff stupid code box to get key which would load never again

Clean and tidy, quiet even though close to busy road. Restaurant provided room service with extensive menu and great food

Was clean and staff friendly when I approached them about the door of the room telling me they don’t have any problems with safety.

The room was down a side walk the lock was not secure on the door. The curtains did not block out the light and the shower leaked bad. I did not feel safe and had a really broken sleep.Sorry I won’t be staying there again.

The floor was absolutely filthy, when I told staff they just said sorry the floor was unacceptable and I should of got some money back.

Room was Quiet, Clean & Comfortable with Restaurant on site. All staff most helpful.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Have great knowledge of things to see and do while in Dubbo. Room amenities are very good, beds very comfy. Far enough out of the hustle and bustle of inner city noise.

The room we stayed in was great size, very clean, smelled fresh, beautiful and comfortable to rest overnight as we travelled through Dubbo for our destinations.
