Golden West Motor Inn

Good location on the main road, close to the centre of town and multiple take away locations. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a spa room and the spa was quite big and relaxing.

Oddly, no hand towels, we were given extra face washers instead. Not a big deal, just odd. It was quite a step up into the shower which could be tricky for older people or those with mobility issues.

Location was so close to the center. Room was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful.

The staff and accommodation were great.

The parking wasn't that good as the cars were parked to close together and not enough space.

Clean, good location

Bed was a bit hard

Had everything I required and was very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Good location. Close to amenities.

A bit noisy with traffic from the main road.

Friendly staff. Nice clean pool. Comfortable mattress and pillow

No bowls or large spoons in room.

The location was excellent. The lady at reception was very pleasant and very professional. She also served us in the restaurant and we had absolutely no complaints. The bathroom in our unit was in need of refurbishment but apart from that we had no complaints. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

The person in the unit next to us was a smoker and he sat between our unit and his and smoked which we found unpleasant.

Lovely staff, location good

Early evening busy traffic but it did cease.

Convenient. Friendly staff. Clean.

Pretty good value, central location.

There is limited parking on site, and it is not room-allocated. So, as the place seemed full of construction/traffic control workers with all manner of work-trucks and trailers parked there, sometimes taking up more than one spot, parking was tricky, and nowhere near our room. We got back from dinner to find the park we nabbed gone, and had to find another, only to be parked in by a tradie vehicle in the morning. If it weren't for the gentleman next to us coincidentally leaving when we wanted to - we might still be stuck there to this day.

Excellent stay for a work trip, clean & comfortable room. Central location with easy access to restaurants.

Easy access to the CBD, shops and restaurants. The highway-front location was convenient, if a bit noisy and challenging to get into/out of during traffic times.

We couldn't tell when/if the restaurant on-site was open.It was cool and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the pool

Rooms were a good size, bed was comfortable and staff were incredibly helpful with getting me to my destination when cabs were hard to come by!

Room very clean, good bed and WiFi

Location and it was so comfy and great shower.

Not the properties fault but very noisy with guests returning late at night.
