The staff was friendly

No-smoking rules are not enforced in the evening. We ended up with smokers in the rooms beside us and also at the back of the building, second hand smoke got inside our room easily via the window and door, making for an unpleasant sleep.

The convenience of being close to main Street.Affordable.

"Did have one homeless man wondering around our Ute'.. Asking for cigarettes, he seemed harmless tho!

the price was cheap and check in was easy

The hotel was very budget, it was more like a back packers motel but with private roomsthey only had one cup in the room and i had to ask for a glassthe beds were clean but the room was very dusty and oldthere was no lift

A convennient, comfortable place to stay when on business in Dubbo.

It would have been good to suppy either a spoon or wooden stirrer at the tea service. A hair dryer would be nice too.

Rooms are very small however it was just a quick overnight stay so it was fine..very tidy and bed was comfortable.

Nice compact room. The staff were helpful, always asking me if I wanted anything.The motel is in a great location. Next to shops on two adjacent streets. Across the bridge from the CBD. Right in front of the bottle shop.There is a magpie warning sign in the park around the corner. Do not ignore it.

It’s affordable and good place for staying in short term.

The room is quite small, and not enough lights and plugs.

Good location, clean linen, plenty of parking outside

No guest bathroom in the foyer, staff bathroom is filthy and doesn’t even have paper towels.Cigarette smoke was entering our room throughout the evening, night and even in the morning. People must have been smoking either in the hallways or right outside our windows. The room looked like a prison cell. The horrible large fluorescent light was the only lighting option.The room was so small, there was hardly any space for 3 people to move around the beds. No table to sit at. One hard wooden chair. No flexi shower head, just a giant fixed shower head that gangs above you. A lot of noise from people outside and inside. No power point near the head of the beds.

Initially difficult to locate motel even with GPS assistance. Took some time to get used to locale. Convenience of pub next door.

Parking on site somewhat a challenge as pub patrons and others, tended to utilize same parking area.

Room is VERY small, but it has a tv, heater, ensuite and a double bed, good to stay short term, looking for a place for 3 days plus then pay a bit more imo

First room offered hadn't been cleaned from previous tenant, small room, minimal bedding but it's bloody cheap so something has to give

Comfy bed, surprisingly quiet, very affordable.

Toilet seat needs replacing, plastic is peeling badly.

Bed was comfortable. Space was clean.

Although cheap it was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Parking was good and there's a kitchen area available to use.

The doors to the rooms slam which makes a lot of noise. Also the walls seemed very thin and we could hear people taking next door.

Great size room, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic hot shower and very comfortable bed.

Room was filthy, blankets and quilts had not been changed from prior guests. Door had just been painted and the smell was giving us all a headache.

No bedsides, 1 power point, skirting missing and unpainted, empty toilet roll on arrivals.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Location was ideal.

Room size was bit small for the family of 4 persons.

Kitchen available for use in lobby.

Mattress was rock hard and child mattress was ripped and old.

good budget alternative in Dubbo, being renovated at present having been taken over by new owners , very accommodating and great service.

didn't see if breakfast is being provided now, otherwise its a walk across the main road to the service stations
