Central location. Very good restaurant for dinner. Very clean and comfortable bedroom and big shower.

Bedroom window has no real outlook so is quite dark.

Clean, fresh, comfortable. Upmarket and modern facilities. I felt safe. Staff were lovely, super accommodating, understanding and helpful!!! Went highly above what I expected and I really did appreciate the hospitality. I will most definitely return here without a second thought! I would also highly recommend the ellen to anyone staying in Port Pirie. Good water pressure in the shower.

Sadly missed out in utilising the restaurant/room service due to my stay being on public holidays and there really wasn't any other decent options around town except for junk food. The room didn't have facilities to make my own. (The owner did offer a microwave but silly me didn't accept the offer!)

A lovely hotel with a superb restaurant run by Mike the chef who produced brilliant meals. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good and easy parking.

Nothing could have been better. A great experience staying in the Ellen hotel.

The room was very clean and tidy. not enough tea and coffee for 2 people Also, your air con cut out during the night and would not go back on saying restricted.

The room was very clean and tidy. I purchased via Wotif for a work trip. nowhere on Wotif did it say that you close at 5.00pm and to check in before then. I did get a call from a man that was on asking when we were arriving, and I said we were 1 hr out. he sounded very annoyed. then I called him 1 hr later at 8pm saying that we were going to get some dinner as everywhere closes at 8.30pm and we wouldn't be long, still he said nothing about closing early. if he had I would have ordered food and gone and got the key and came back to eat. when we arrived just after 9pm he was so rude and made it very uncomfortable. I said we were sorry and didn't know they closed at 5pm but he was just pissed. He needed to communicate better and update Wotif on your office hours. Also, your air con cut out during the night and would not go back on saying restricted.

The gentleman at Reception was exceptional, he welcomed us, told us everything we needed to know and organised room service meal for us even though restaurant was full. Beds very comfortable.

There was a bit of noise from other guests and hoons outside. To be fair, it was a Saturday night. I like a bit more available light in a hotel room and we don’t like highly scented soaps etc, but the facial soap worked ok. Was a bit nervous re no secure parking and sad no pool but otherwise all was good. Did think it was a little pricey but it was clearly one of the nicest places to stay in town.

So nice to have bathrobes in the room! Main Street location, pleasant harbor view outside window. The prettiest personalized breakfast plate ever!

The operating officer waited for me to arrive well beyond his operational hours.. because as a businessman I was delayed. His communication and patience was highly appreciated.

Great location, nice & clean rooms. Very comfortable. This is the first hotel I have seen with a sliding shower door. It works brilliantly (especially for a small bathroom). The restaurant was superb too. Just make sure you book first as there is limited seats.

Very clean, beautiful rooms, well insulated too so you don’t hear people once they are inside their room.

Absolutely love this hotel such a nice feel about it. The man on the reception desk was very welcoming and friendly. A nice comfortable place to stay.

The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The hotel dining room was excellent and the meal was delicious - as was the breakfast. Our room was spotless and the bathroom very modern and functional. Obviously the best place to stay in Port Pirie.

Not much to see or do in Port Pirie.

The friendly staff were amazing and the high standard of the room was a delight. The dining room is small but wonderful, with excellent wines and menu, beautifully cooked and presented. Thank you!

Everything was super clean, and the room felt like it was worth the price. Super comfy, a steam shower, a nice semi-private patio (shared with the other deluxe suite room).
