Great staff, cafe & location

Bathroom very dated, but very clean

I had dinner there and the food was good delivered quickly helpful staff

Loved the upgrade to the 2 bedroom unit and the Valentines dinner was just fabulous and very reasonably priced.Will be back there for sure...

Ridiculous price for an ‘90s small room. Could not adjust temp on noisy aircon; turned it off. Side plates, cups and saucers with knives and teaspoons only. Bit hard to eat a takeaway dinner.

The location.

No late check in without an extra $300 bond to be paid. No late check out unless more money paid. Families in the next room having what sounded like a party til early hours of the morning. Then at 5am the next morning someone came along and banged on our door and those near us. Went to check out and the reception person was not there. we were told they would be back in a few minutes and had to sit and wait. Another person was also waiting.

The location was great. It was just a short walk from the beach. It was clean.

It is advertised as a hotel but it is a motel and this should be mentioned. It is very old and tired. There are no ports or plugs points suitable for international plugs and reception does not offer convertors. The bar and restaurant were closed over the Christmas period.

Beds were made lovely as soon as you entered . Very good vibe upon entry

No Power outlets next to beds but due to the age of hotel it was understandable but we made it work

Location was good

Kept up all night by noisey people in adjoining room recorded it from my bed and it was like they were sitting on the end of it they were still at it at 7:30am the next morning when I checked out , played recordings to staff and all I got was there’s nothing we can do, had to drive 700km on no sleep

Room very dated and small, apparently hotel is in the middle of renovating rooms so ours was obviously old style Noisy refrigerator, had to turn off during night to get any sleep Windows faced onto other rooms so not much privacy, needs some sort of blinds or nets so you can keep main curtains open to let some light in

The staff where friendly and the room was nice. The location is very central to shops etc, so it was a breeze to get KFC or supermarket.

Felt really lovely & you have lots of space, I slept really well in the bed ! Highly recommend
