Location was convenient for the one night we were there

Could not watch television as the wall plug was broken. The cable has pulled out of its F1 connection in room 8

Had everything and the staff are wonderful with customer service.,very helpful and accommodating.

I thought a $200 bond was a bit much to pay ,then having to wait three days to have it returned, when internet banking you can do transfer transactions immediately.

Great location, large comfortable room.

If I was a lot younger and just looking for a place to pass out after a night at the pub, it would have been fine. It's right at the shopping centre if that's useful for you.

The room was old, tired, and needs a good facelift. I'll be honest, as a woman staying on my own, I didn't feel particularly safe in the room or leaving my car near my room over night. Pretty disappointed for the price I paid.

Good to be able to have a drink and meal then just a short walk to the accommodation. Close to other eateries and shops which was good.

The lack of staff and lack of systems in place allocated to each area so that meals , check in and bar drinks ran smoothly really let the place down.It took a long time to check into our room as we had to wait for the staff member to be available from delivering meals. We then had to pay a $200 bond that we were not informed of in booking.com. and we were also told we wouldnt have our bond returned upon checking out we would have to wait days for it's return.We decided to have a meal in the dinning room, there is no allocated area to order meals , alcohol and meals are ordered at the same time making each process long whether your ordering a drink or meal. Whilst we were ordering our meal people ordering drinks behind us we're mouthing off that we were taking to long.

The check in lady was super friendly. I liked how it was clean and the bed was super comfy.

The door looked like it had tried to be broken in to but hadn’t been fixed, which made me worried about my safety and if someone would try break in again.

the room was very run down and dated. i had to pay a $200 bond? i have never paid a bond before. the bond was taken from my card at the counter instantly and 5 days later i am still waiting for the credit.

The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean The check in process was difficult, and I initially struggled to find the hotel.

Manager Ravi was so pleasant to deal with when we checked in. Also when we returned later that evening for a drink before the bar closed. Being involved with hospitality ourselves, we appreciate staff who exceed our expectations.As far as the room goes, it was a hot night and we started with the air conditioning on but turned it off in the middle of the night. If fans are an option that would have been perfect. Otherwise the room met all our needs for a one night stay.

Top location if you value a nice pub and huge shopping centre just across the street. Friendly staff and who can resist a few Pints and a pub meal. Really enjoyed not staying at a stuffy hotel with nothing to do. We played some TAB, had some beers and went shopping at one of the better malls in Perth. Really surprised us given the price and location will definitely book again.

Difficult to find. Leisure Inn signage, not visible from address, just taverns and Dan Murphy's liquor store. Went around the back and found a small sign near walkway to tavern, where guests were to sign in.When booking, there was no indication that it was attached to a tavern. We understood that it was a free-standing holiday unit complex and were rather concerned to be next to a tavern.Fortunately it was Sunday night,so no loud band. Tavern noise did not disturb us much.The microwave was terrible. No instruction book and no minutes and seconds. All sorts of automatic progra.mes, but not the usual minutes. Had to repeatedly use defrost to heat meals.Table was small.

Convenience to have dinner. Room service is available. Welcome drink is good.

No hair dryer & not easy to contact staff

Handy to the mall/ public transport and eating areas.
