I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as I had a very bad incident during my stay and an overall negative experience. The hotel failed to provide basic safety, which is one of their key responsibilities and something guests should be able to rely on.

Breakfast could have been better

They gave me a room in the smoking area!The walls were not soundproof, I could hear everything going on the street.Staff were not helpful at allThey do not offer luggage storage serviceThe breakfast is small and limitedI requested a double bed and they combined two twin beds with separate duvets!

Personal staff was not good and cleanliness was so bad. While one person could stay in a room with a balcony, we two people could not stay in a room with a balcony. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special.

The room space, location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The bed size was small and the blanket as well.

The location is great, close to all places which shoul be visited. Rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Rooms are big enough.

Great staff. The smiling face and location was fantastic. The room is clean and big enough. I loved breakfast. Coffee and tea was nice fresh and hot.

• Convenient location (close to Piazza and Europe Square).•The hotel seemed small (especially the hallway, elevator, room) but very cozy.• Polite staff • Clean room• Especially liked spacious shower (which is rare in small rooms)•Breakfast - variety of food choice Since I stayed out of season and got caught in a terrible snowfall, it was difficult to call a taxi to the hotel ( no available cars ) And since I had a train early in the morning, being late, I was very thankful to hotel employee who also tried to help as much as he could ))

Staff not able to speak more languages. But everyone was very friendly

Great hotel for the money. We stayed in November which is dead season and the price was quite low. I would stay again next time I travel

Very convenient central location, great work of housekeeping (everyday they did very quality cleaning and replaced towels), great stable WiFi, good breakfast; great view from the balcony.

Monotonous breakfast (if you stay longer than day or two it might be a minus); broken door to the balcony, after we opened it we had to try really hard to close it, so it’s not too cold in the room.

Good location. Nice building. Modern style. The room was warm and light. Breakfast close in 11, so no need to wake up very early. Good value if you pay for a room with the discount.

The hotel needs some renovation. Electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work. The room door has a problem with closing - the electrical lock doesn’t work properly. The central condition system made the noise all the night (no option to turn it all off). Bed linens were very soft (that is good), but with holes. The breakfast was not poor but it was not declared 4 stars level- nominally there was some choice, but everything was… the cheapest option (instant coffee etc)

Rusty bathroom garment; horrible shampoo/ shower gel / soap sets; no free coffee in rooms; broken flashing room entrance light; no shower rug; no toilet paper holder; squeaky bathroom door; balcony door has problem with lock; bathroom mirror light was not working
