Good location. Good price.

Shower didn’t drain. I couldn’t connect to WiFi. It wasn’t very sound insulating.

The room smelled like cigarettes, it was very noisy, bed linens were dirty!

Very large room and private balcony.....Hardwood floors.....Reasonably priced.....Good heating unit.....Outlets by the beds.....Located in the heart of Batumi (not Old Town).....Located on a fairly busy street but noise was not an issue......Staffed 24/7 and the gentleman at reception was very helpful in solving the few issues that I had.....Will definitely stay here again..

A chair and table on the balcony would be nice.....Just one overhead light. Lighting was weak at first but the bulb gets brighter the longer it is on.

Real nice hotel in central Batumi at a good rate.....Everything in the room worked great - A.C, shower was large and enclosed so the water didn't get all over the bathroom .....Appreciated the work table, chair, kettle and fridge......Spacious balcony with a table and chairs (no vista view from the 2nd floor but interested street view below.....The sheet actually fit the mattress.....During the afternoon and evening there can be quite a bit of vehicle noise but that comes with being in the city centre.....Would definitely stay here again.

The wi-fi in my room was a bit slow at times.

The location was near to all the attractions, amazing hospitality and the hotel staff are very helpful & friendly, the staff made sure everything was clean

Very nice hotel, close to the center, but not exactly in the center, a nice walk toward the sea, a bit more than 15 minutes, very nice staff, good value for money

the street was a bit noisy at night, making it hard to sleep

İt was wonderfull experience. The hotel was very close to center. İt was very clean and our room had beatifull balcony. İt was our first time in batumi there were very good hotels but prices very high. We loved our receptionist he was very kind and very helpfull. Thank you.

The hotel environment is very good, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very big

The sound insulation is really bad, there are cars on the road, the sound is loud, and the elevator can be heard clearly

it was comfortable and so close to the central and the sea. We can choose again. It is also clean.

In Booking, it says there is breakfast but when we arrive, they said there is not. If breakfast may have, it would better.

absence of soundproofing. rooms with a street view look a bit more modern than backyard view rooms (shabby).
